I went shopping at this location today in south center mall in tukwila and I had a good experience. The people working there were nice and Melanie helped me find a perfume for my sister and I appreciate her taking the time to do that. Michael who was working at the register was helpful too.

Only come here if you know exactly what you want and don't need help finding the right product for you.
I asked for help selecting a foundation and doing a color match. First employee was kind, helpful, and took my input, so I'm giving 2 stars instead of 1. She focused only on 1 brand, which doesn't have a good color match for me, but was at least kind and listened.
The next employee tried to get rid of me very quickly, or that's the only way I can explain it. She quickly directed me to 1 brand, pulled 1 color, and when I had it on my face I told her it was too light. She said "no it's a perfect match. What you're wearing on the rest of your face is just too dark" -- referring to an orange-y shade the previous employee had tried and we'd rejected! But this woman didn't know that, she was basically insulting what she thought was my actual foundation.
So I take the sample home, try it with my bronzer and blush and all that. I go out to my husband and he says "omg are you sick? You look ghastly". SUCH a fail, it was definitely too light, and I'm no closer to having a foundation that works for my skin. Isn't the point of Sephora that they'll help you and give you samples so you get the right product?

Samantha was amazing at helping my find a bridal lip combo!! She picked out some really great options and took my feedback into consideration when making recommendations. Had such a great experience here and ended up with a beautiful color!

I’m seriously impressed with the level of customer service I received here yesterday from Michael(I think that’s his name?) who introduced himself as a fragrance specialist. He offered assistance with recommendations and so I told him two fragrances I have owned and loved. He gave me a personalized recommendation based off that info (Burberry hero) and seriously it is perfect and exactly what I was looking for. I’m so happy with my purchase!! Thank you Michael for a 5 star experience!

There are not many staff available to help customers. I was not greeted or asked if I needed help while I was looking around at items. The cashier rudely explains where to find products after I checkout.

The staff here are excellent. I am a service dog user and a mother was encouraging her toddler towards my dog outside of the store. I thought if I turned into the store she would stop her child. She did not. One young woman blocked and another associate also made space and put themselves between us. They then checked in with me afterwards to see if I was ok. Phenomenal job with no hesitation. They were also quite helpful showing me a product that would help to blur the fine lines of my 50s

Had the makeup artist Ramse and let me tell you he did amazing!!!!!!! He had me looking like a whole fantasy!!!!!!! He ate and left no crumbs!!!! Thanks boo I will be returning ?

Ladies, if you are of a different skin tone and try to go to this store, they will hold your items behind the cashiers instead of providing you with a basket, thinking you're going to steal. Be aware. I only went to this store because I needed to restock Sk-II products, which they only carry in Southcenter or Bellevue. I'll never return to this store again and question whether I should keep buying products from Sephora. Other stores carry their items, FYI. This f**king store is so racist full of white sales associates.
