Very convenient, scheduled a visit by a technician to my house within 2 days. Work finished very very quickly. Happy with result and convenience. I was going through insurance, paid just small deductible.

I've had a couple of glass claims this year and Safelite has been super helpful. Recently I had a rock hit my windshield and I was able to get it fixed early the next day with Safelite able to come to my workplace. Duncan provided a very clear overview of what the service would entail and was so kind. I also had a great experience with everyone I talked to on the phone. Highly recommend!

Had to bring my car back for warranty repair after the windshield seal failed. Whatever, safelite's warranty covers the workmanship and recalibration forever so I appreciate that.
The repair took a reasonable amount of time and did not leave a mess in my car.
The reason for my one star review is when I recieved my car back, it reeked of the most awful cologne. I can't drive without my windows down or else I get a headache. Its been two days since the appointment and my car has been in the garage with the windows down and a fan blowing through it to get the odor out. It still smells like a middle school locker room in there 🤢
Also frustrating; the calibration drive took 10 miles and somehow used over 1/12th a tank of gas. $4 in gas doesn't bother me but the implications of driving a car that gets 28 MPG in a manner that comes out to <9 MPG concerns me. Definitely reset your trip computer and write down your odometer before turning your vehicle in.

Called and told me prob wouldnt be able to do repair before they even saw the car. Afternoon apt. in the rain. Tore windshield apart left it uncovered, left tools and didnt fix. Then had to reschedule and they made apt. for 3 days later to replace things. Then called day of almost end of apt. time and told me I had to come to the shop. Worthless. Don't use Safelight. I went to PRO-TECH GLASS & TINT in burien and they were $265. Did next day and were amazing.

Edit: Still NO CALL FOR AN APPOINTMENT as promised. I am driving around with NO safety features. Your front desk guy was working on getting me an appointment where someone would take my car to your shop. Don’t tell me to chat with your robot or call as there is no way to talk to a live person. Please have the guy at the front desk in Tukwila call me, I need me car fixed!
Have you ever cried in a Safelite? Ya, me too.
I went to get my windshield replaced yesterday and at about the 3 hour mark I was told it's almost done but having some trouble calibrating and should be done soon. Well, after 2 failed calibrations I am told that they can try manually doing it while driving around for "who knows how long" but I barely have enough gas left (because that was my next stop) and if that doesn't work I have to come back again after already taking a 1/2 day at work. Complete BS. The reason the calibration fails is because of their glass. After reading reviews it is clear that this is a common theme. They suggested having it recalibrated on a different day by an "expert" or coming back a week plus later for a new windshield where I will be driving around until then with many of my safety features disabled. At this point I am going on 4 hours and realize I will be driving unsafely and will have my child in the car the majority of the time. Tears.
I was promised a call today to schedule the recalibration and NOTHING. NO CALL. Of course calling Safelite gets you nowhere. This is the most frustrating, waste of time, unsafe experience ever.
