I would like to inquire about the rules of your indoor playground. I brought my two children to play, and they were having a wonderful time, making friends with all the other children.
While playing and running around, one of my children coughed a couple of times, which is completely understandable as children may cough lightly due to physical exertion. However, I felt deeply offended when two other parents—who, in my opinion, were dressed quite inappropriately for a children’s indoor playground (revealing clothing that I didn’t find suitable but chose not to comment on, as I prefer avoiding unnecessary conflict)—reported my child’s minor cough to your staff.
I explained to your staff that my children are not sick; the cough was simply a natural result of running and playing, and nothing more. Despite this, your staff repeatedly came over to wipe down every toy my children touched, seemingly pressured by these two individuals. This created an uncomfortable and stressful atmosphere for us, as it felt like we were being unfairly singled out.
As a result, we chose to leave after only half an hour, cutting short what should have been an enjoyable visit for my children.
This kind of treatment is simply not appropriate. It left us feeling unwelcome and unfairly judged. I would appreciate a response regarding your policies and how you handle such situations in the future.

Nice place for children but the prices are high, they charge per adult and children who can no longer play there. Plus Tukwila is much smaller.
It is expensive for a child who wants to be there at least once a week

Brought my two nephews and son to the Southcenter location to get some energy out. Three kids (two of which are mobile toddlers) and one adult can be hard so it was nice to have a place to contain them all 😆
We came on a Friday so it was a little more expensive than a weekday but that was fine. My 18 month old loved watching the older kids run around a play and I had plenty of room to sit and chill.
A huge plus was the young man working. He was so sweet and helpful! My son was asleep when we got there and he offered to turn the music down for us. We didn't need to but the fact he even thought about it was very accommodating. He engaged with the boys when they talked to him and was very patient. Good employees are so important at a place like this!

It's annoying as a parent to bring your child to a business staffed by teenagers who don't want ti work with kids. Nonchalant attitudes and the personality of a napkin.

My daughter loves coming here and playing . It’s a safe area with lots of padding and tons of things for the kids to climb on. Why is getting three stars is every time we come the music is either Disney music or teenager music that’s not appropriate for a 2/4-year-old year old life.

I love it. My 18 month old loves it. There's a food court next door. Makes for a great day in Southcenter. The employees are great at steering the high energy older kids away from my little one who just learned how to walk.

Went here for the first time with a 2 year old and a 6 year old. Play area is nice, tall slide is hard to get into top area is only like 24 inches tall so adults be weary following kids its very akward to fit in. Ball pit is more like a single layer of sad balls ? not like when we were kids. There is a mini obstical course in the back only like 3 obstacles long but still nice. There is a closed gate only attendants open. Seating for parents on side, shoe bins for kids shoes. There is a little toddler area, just keep an eye on your kids bc some parents don't. My daughter had her face spit in bc a boy wanted her to get off a swinging log, then some older kids went into the toddler ? area and were being rough with the toddlers with the blocks.

We had my daughter's 5th birthday here recently and it was awesome. The party room is spacious (we had about 40 guests between kids and adults) and everyone had room to sit and visit. The staff was very helpful and friendly. It was a bit of a splurge, especially since we chose to rent the space on a weekend, but we got the room for nearly two hours plus an extra hour of play time for the kids to play after that, so for the absolutely great time the kids had it was totally worth it.

Our recent experience hosting a birthday party for our four-year-old at Safari in Southcenter Mall was a resounding success. The hour of free play was a blast for the kids, and the accommodating staff even allowed us to store our items in the room. Despite a previous booking, the room was impeccably clean and well-prepared. The provided amenities made the experience hassle-free, and though it was pricey, the value was evident in the joy our child and her friends (and the parents) experienced. Safari at Southcenter Mall exceeded our expectations, providing a memorable and stress-free celebration. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a top-notch party venue that delights both kids and parents alike.
