I came to Rockler after hours of searching around multiple towns looking for a specific screw. Before I arrived, I called to see if they had the screw I was looking for in stock. Robert found the screw that I referenced, but upon arrival, I realized that the screw was too thick.Alfredo helped me look for one that matched exactly, but we were unable to find one. He did, however, find an alternative that he believed would work. I got home, tried the screw, and it was a perfect fit.Both Robert and Alfredo were very helpful and kind. I would absolutely recommend this location for your hardware and woodworking needs.

I just started building my tool collection and noticed that when I buy from them they go to the back and bring up open boxes. The tools are fine but the box is open.I made a same brand tool purchase from their competitor and the box was ziptied shut, hence never opened.If I can't grab it from the shelf my self I won't be buying it from them. Tools are too expensive to risk getting a bad one.

It was great to finally make a visit there. I had worked for a Swedish family ( the inside of the home was built by the father, and he had many woodworking magazines with Rockler ads in them). And in my spare time I had read those. Back some 4 months ago I seen the Tukwila Rockler store, but was unable to visit at that time. Found myself there yesterday post getting a re-use it piece of furniture that needed a little love. Rockler had a piece of hardware that worked. Of coarse I browsed the store and got a few other ideas, and one of the employees gave me a tip to make a V groove cut using a table saw, I could not pay the price of the router bit of the same for just one particular cut at this time. - Thanks. A no sale on that particular one item, but made a customer for future sales. I really appreciate that type of business.

I love Rockler, and specifically the Tukwila branch, as that is the one I shop at. I'm a woodturner and Rockler carries many of the things I use, such as tools, blanks, and exotic lumber. If I was into other types of woodworking, I'd still shop here. They are stocked with woodworking necessities. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful.

Very helpful staff at Tukwila store. Took the time to check availability of a product, even attempted a substitute for my saw that unfortunately didn’t work. Great place to shop!
