Let me start by saying ... THE BEST Service I've EVER RECEIVED! Do I recommend this place? Heck YES!! This is my second time here! So the first time I also received really good service. I got sent here by another shop that I sent too in the same mall. My Rolex had stopped working and I was just totally freaked out. I couldn't think ... I just googled got a place that I could drop my watch off at that wouldn't rip me off. Well my first stop was Fast Fix in south center mall. Well that guy ... held on to my watch for 3 days . after me calling every day about an update .. he tilt me to come pick it up. He actually scratched the back trying to open it! Then he told me to come here. So I admit ... I was really upset about the scratch and that he basically did Nothing. So when I came here ... I was a bit nervous but as I walked in, I was treated by 2 wonderful ladies and I told them where I came from and they took all my info and started the process. They said that they would call me when the watch guy comes in and let me know what's happening. They clearly did do that!! Anyways the first time they replaced a gasket. Very professional & fast. Great Communication and awesome staff!! Oh and the price was fair.Now fast forward a year or so ... I originally bought my Rolex in Las Vegas, so with that being said ... since I had an upcoming trip to Vegas, I thought I'd take my watch in when I get there so I did. After a day they said that I should do an overhaul that's going to cost $600. I went to pick it up and told them I would think about it. It would take 2-3 weeks and they would ship it back to me. At the same time I thought ... if I needed to do an overhaul, this place would've told me the last time I brought it to them. So I dropped my watch off on Sunday and gif a call on Tuesday that my watch is ready and that it only had to be oiled. They didn't even charge me!! Now talk about GREAT SERVICE!! I will ALWAYS be back!! This is my new place!! If you have a Rolex.... YOU NEED it to be serviced HERE!! I found my place and I hope you find it to be your place as well!!

I've purchased 3 rings here. Every. Single. One. Was damaged. $350+ for an emerald and diamond ring and the emerald was cracked. $350 for a ruby and pearl ring and the rubies were cracked. Finally a $280 ruby ring; it was cracked and chipped. The worst part is they don't accept refunds.

We just stopped in on a whim and I was approved for financing and was able to get my wife a replacement engagement ring. Hers was stolen after an accident 11 months ago and we just haven't had the funds. Pheona was so nice and helpful.

I was not satisfied, I was supposed to be given a call when my ring was ready, so I went to the store and mentioned they didn't call me, there was no apology, just "Do you have the ticket", once I received my ring I asked "Do you know what this gem in my ring is? Answer: It's a gem, not professional, however, the work on my ring was excellent

This has been my go-to "neighborhood" jeweler for 4+ years. I stumbled upon this place after visiting their sister store in Kent. The staff, particularly Saima and her sister, are just amazing. I've bought a beautiful well-priced necklace here, but it's also the place where I get all my jewelry fixed or cleaned. I trust the staff here to always take care of my jewelry and they provide excellent customer service every time. Highly recommend!

Everything about this place is amazing!!! I came in looking for a longer chain size for my pendant and the girls here helped me find the perfect one without pressurizing me to buy anything. This is what you call great customer service. I didn’t like wearing the original necklace I had but once I got my pendant plated and back with the perfect size and color necklace I never want to take it off!!! I was treated like family and right when you walk into the store it’s a family friendly environment! They tell you the price up front and are very transparent when it comes to working with your needs and pricing. I look forward to coming back more frequently for all my jewelery needs! I will be recommending this place to everyone!
