The girl closing today with the hot pink crew neck on was the stankest rudest female ever. I come in and say hello!!! She looks me up and down and ignores me with a nasty look on her face. And then she’s throwing the clothes she’s putting away at the wall?! And off of the area we are looking at. Like go to therapy. You chose to work there. We still had an hour left to shop get over yourself. Weird.

Felt as if we were in the way of the employees, who were more worried about refolding clothes that were already folded than cleaning up the dust EVERYWHERE in the store.

Went in to look for perfume stood at the counter trying to ask questions. No one knew what the hell they were doing. Very rude. Never again will I go in there.

I come in here alot and one of the young female employees that works here is so unbelievably rude. I spend a fortune at this store every month and I hate that every time I come in here I have to deal with her miserable attitude and arrogance. Constantly rolling her eyes and huffing and puffing and gets mad when she has to ring us up. (We buy a lot) Today she told her male coworker that she wasn’t going to take care of us and that he needed to. Since when is spending thousands in your store a bad thing? Where is management? I only ever see the awful teenage employees.

Called and was told one thing but when I came into the store they said I was could not do what the employee on the phone told me. Employees are exceptionally rude, and act unbothered to help customers

Terrible staff. They only had one cash register open when they was a huge line up while two other employees were standing next to an available register folding clothes. Very ignorant letting customers stand in a line for 15 minutes when they had the opportunity to provide fine customer service but chose not too. After waiting in the line for 15 minutes they left a security tag on a shirt we purchased.

Horrible costumer service and return/exchange police. My son bought a pair of jean, than we returned less than a week later with receipt and tags, and they gave random excuses not to make the exchange, same pants different size. Young teens with no costumer service etiquette. They lost my business.

There were 2 associates working when I walked in. Neither of them spoke nor asked if they could assist. Needless to say, I spent no money there.
