I went to the Lakewood location and the nurses were friendly and knowledgeable about my treatment. The center is very bare bones, I suggest you have a phone to keep you entertained. Or bring reading materials to pass the time. They do offer snacks and I would definitely recommend their service.

I’ve had the best experience with Option Care. As someone who’s worked in healthcare with ties to home health, I know stuff can get wonky no matter how well orchestrated a plan is. What I appreciate is that everyone cared and was genuine. Every person I saw or spoke with took their time to make sure that I was ok and didn’t treat me like another task on their To Do List. At a fairly difficult time in my life, I’m thankful for the support I’ve received and the kindness I’ve been showed. And the nurse in Lakewood last week who did my dressing change and the nurse in tukwila today who did my line pull, deserve an award or a raise or something. Amazing woman! I may not have shown it but I was terrified and their compassion put me at ease. Thank you so much!

I am writing to commend your employee Marsela Garcia. My wife is a patient, Bernadine Raby-Schneider of Option Care for the last 5 years. Marsela Garcia has been her contact for ordering monthly feeding tube food and supplies. Marsela has always been professional, courteous, prompt and accurate in handling her business. This month, Marsela went beyond and above the call of duty. We had a snow storm which delayed our shipment by a couple days, however UPS had a complete failure and used the storm as an excuse for poor service. In tracking the shipment, Marsela called us a couple times each day to see if we received it. When Friday came and we were out of formula, she arranged for me to pick up two cases at the option care offices in Tulwila. She plans on checking with us this evening to see if UPS has delivered and following up until they do.It is now 2:30 P.M. on Friday 1/07/22 and UPS has not arrived.I suggest you promote Marsela and reward her for excellent work. I also suggest that you fire UPS!

Jeffrey is the best nurse you can ask for! He helped me at the Lakewood office today and he was a great. He only had to poke me once! He’s by far one of the most helpful nurses that I’ve encountered at Option Care for the past couple of years. Give him a raise, he deserves one!

They Schedule an appointment to get my pick line dressing changed. They rescheduled 4 times. Once we finally did get in they told us we would come in every week at the same time. Today we get a call and they want to see us a different day and at a different time. I thing that ticked me off more than anything is when we got in there, there’s not one other patient there. And it only took 15 minutes to change the dressing. And we still have five more weeks to go. I would not recommend them at all!!!

Option care is the least organized, most frustrating health care service I have ever encountered. Their flippant attitude towards scheduling procedures crucial to healthcare is incredibly disrespectful. After failing to send my medication along before a nurse arrived, i had to reschedule an infusion and clear out another day of the week from my work schedule. However, it would appear that again the scheduler Abby failed to do her job, and did not assign a nurse. After calling option care to clear this up and hopefully get someone to my house on the day i was told they would appear, the scheduler did took what appeared to be a 4 hour lunch and did not return my calls from 12-4 (in addition to a lack of response from the operator). When i finally did get a hold of Abby, she then blamed me for needing a short notice scheduling, and insisted on making me clear a 3rd day this week from work.

I had a PIC line installed in February everyone was great and very responsive to my needs. They even came out to change the dressing in the snow! If they couldn't make an appointment they would call and work with me to make arrangements to make sure I was taken care of.

I've been an Option Care patient for years and I must say if I had other choices I would go there. The treatment has grown steadily worse. I feel like they are hopelessly inflexible. I've been trying to make a change in my supplies for years and I'd have more luck pushing a rope up a very steep hill! If they ever come through, I will update this review.
Well, they did contact me and Option Care suitably resolved my problem. I am upgrading this review to 3 stars.
Update: Now, months since my last, they’re taking such great care of me I have no choice but to rate them five stars! Thanks Option Care nice job! ❤️??
