As a driver for another agent of north american vanlines .bravo sirs and ladies .I can say this thos has been a refreshing experience in loading a shipment out of warehouse. Alot of agents really don't care about the driver or shipment .after they know they aren't taking to its destination .but for you guys being so small and letting me make such a big footprint for a day I thank you

Jose and Manuel did and exceptional job helping move my 85 years old mother in law from Mill Creek area to Yakima. They were careful, thoughtful, gracious and accommodating. BJ did a good job communicating and letting us know about times and process. The cost of the move was IMHO worth every penny and really I believe quite a good value for us. I would recommend Neighbors Relocation Services to anyone.

Thank you neighbors moving! The team that came out to pack our moving Pods did a fantastic job. I received a courtesy call letting me know they were on their way. They were professional, courteous, and afficient. The used evey square inch of the pods.

Neighbors Moving was a great company to work with for my move across the mountains. The office staff and coordinator were communicative, and the movers couldn't have been better!Andy and his crew were prompt, courteous, careful and diligent. My move was broken into two days because of the driving distance. They loaded my furnishing the first day, then drove 6+ hours to my new home the second day, unloaded, and drove back another 6+ hours. it was a very long day for them. They were professional, tireless, and displayed a great attitude the entire time. I am so grateful to Andy and his crew for a successful move. I didn't encounter any problems, and all of my belongings arrived in perfect condition. I would highly recommend Andy and his crew with Neighbors Moving. Thank you, Andy. It was a pleasure working with you.

The move was a disaster. The crew loading up seemed to do a great job. I sent my wife down to San Diego to meet the moving van. on the date they communicated via email and confirmed with a representative. Once she arrived we were informed that we had to wait another week and a half for our things. Poor communication to start. Had to put my wife up in a hotel in the meantime while we waited for our stuff.Delivery was a shit show. The guy checking things in was not paying attention. My rather expensive custom kitchen table (5k) was bent significantly leaning 3" lower on one side. He said "it must have come like that". I can assure you I didn't have a leaning kitchen table. He checked quickly through the list without paying attention to what came in. I refused to sign since there was damage and he didn't give me time to look through the inventory. My Jones Snowboard was missing. Both Neighbors or North American refused to pay for it. Each passed the blame to the other and ultimately said the driver checked it off so it must have been delivered. Both claims departments are awful to deal with and take their sweet time to get back to you.Look Elsewhere!

I have no idea how this company has more than a 1 star rating. This is the worst moving company I've ever dealt with. I'll just highlight a few of the things we dealt with in our cross-country move.- Packers used 2 sheets of packing paper to wrap a bundle of 5 paper napkins but shoved a hand-made wooden lampshade into a box so hard (unwrapped) that it broke all the wood pieces- Loaders disassembled anything with a screw or bolt and proceeded to lose all the hardware they took out so now I have multiple items I have to put back together but have to find replacement hardware before I can.- The crew that unloaded the truck was like watching the 3 Stooges. One ran down the ramp of the delivery truck with a handcart full of boxes which promptly crashed to the ground at the bottom of the ramp, no worry for him, just toss them back on and keep going. My favorite is how many boxes marked fragile (marked on 3 or 4 sides) were put at the bottom of stacks of book boxes. My daughter lost a favorite item of hers because it was crushed that way.- The estimator grossly misjudged the weight of our move, was off by around 20,000 pounds. Neighbors let me know this and immediately sent me a new contract that increased my cost by $12,000 and started pressuring me to sign it. When I pointed out repeatedly that I had a signed "Not to exceed xxx cost" contract they continued to pressure for more money.I could go on for some time about the damaged and missing items. The horrible communication, the rescheduling with little notice and other issues but will leave it here. I strongly recommend you look elsewhere if you need someone to help you move.

Very disappointed. They didn't show up on the day of my move even after they have received my reservation fee.

Very nice guys that helped us move: Tyler, Dalton and Tylor. It was a very stressful move but they handled it very well. Everything arrived safely.

I'll keep this short. They do a decent job moving your stuff but fundamentally lack integrity and have poor business practices. They estimated my load to be over 14k lbs. I told them I was skeptical that it was over 10k lbs but they insisted that they were very accurate in estimating based on over 20 years of experience. Turns out the actual shipment was a little over 9k lbs based on the final weigh station receipts. They overcharged me by 50% and just ignored my multiple inquiries to discuss a refund eventhough their policy is to refund at least a portion of any over estimate. Not really a company you want to do business with in my opinion.

You know, there's So much more than 4 things to "like" about this business..my change in companies was down to the wire, and they responded beautifully..from the sales team to the dispatch coordinator, from the friendly knock on the door to the completed paperwork. Lenin ..I heard him smile when he answered his line. He was empathetic, focused, detailed..and that crew!! Tyler, David and Alejandro were cordial, upbeat, focused, concerned, passionate, efficient, innovative, and way beyond what I could have ever asked for. Their coordinator, Lucas, reached out for specifics to be sure the team had the information they needed. When overtime was closing in, lead Tyler made it a point to prioritize, to remain as efficient and cost effective as possible for me, and that in itself saved me Days of work..and hundreds of additional dollars in savings. This company says they strive to provide the best service possible..and they did just that..and more. Thank you So much for everything, gentlemen. I will see you again should I need you!!

!!! DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY FOR RELOCATION PURPOSES !!!If you use $100’s bills for toilet paper, then this review is not for you. If you’re a SCAMMER looking for business partnership, Neighbors Moving & Storage of Seattle, LLC is your best choice.I requested 2 men crew @ $169/hr. They sent 3 people (1 woman, 2 men). The nice woman showed up w/ a clipboard, started talking to me and my wife while the 2 men started working. So, I thought she was in charge for administrative purposes only, not part of the MOVING crew. However, she said we were already being charged 5 hours for 3 men crew, and they weren’t even finished their first hour in the old house. At our new house, a lady at their office spoke to me and told me I was being charged 5 hours on a 3 men crew rate @$223/hr. no matter what. So, when I explained that I understood that they will charge ‘travel’ time, but didn’t expect that they were charging 3 hours of travel, while the moving out/in process only took 2.Apparently, the claim for 3 hours was including being stuck in traffic time included. The lady, who apparently was part of the ‘MOVING’ crew, had explained to me, as part of our non-business related conversation, they started early to make a drop before making their way to our old house, and will have a stop on their way back to the office after leaving our new home. But, THEY ALREADY HAD PAPERWORK PRINTED WITH 5 HOURS to CHARGE ME AS SOON AS THEY ARRIVED!! They have whole group of Psychics working at this company. So, I was being strong-armed to pay for 3 men crew when 1 of the crew member only lifted couple of boxes at the new place, and somehow this company knew it will take 3 HOURS of travel time BEFORE they even start their trip. ONE OF MY BIGGEST REGRET IN ANY BUSINESS TRANSACTIONS I’VE EVER HAD.PLEASE SHARE THE MESSAGE! I WOULD AVOID USING THEIR SERVICES AND SPREAD AWARENESS OF THIS TYPE OF SCAM TO MY FAMILY, FRIENDS, BUSINESS ASSOCIATES and ANYONE WITHIN MY SPHERE OF INFLUENCE.

At first they seemed great, but when the crew showed up they drove their truck all over my parents yard. They ruined the driveway & the grass doing hundreds of dollars in damage. Everything was finally loaded & we were on our way. When we got to our new home they "misquoted " us by hundreds of pounds & dollars. Seemingly to offset the damage they did to the yard. We had to pay to get our stuff back. In the end they never paid for the driveway or the yard. What they did do is come to my parents house unannounced, throw potting soil & grass seed in the huge divots they made. Absolutely terrible.
