This Macys is always our go to for perfume and cologne. The employees are so helpful and courteous and they help you make those tough decisions .

I tried ordering some cologne online and it turned out to be $175. Macy's canceled my order twice and there was a mistake on their behalf. The first time it got canceled. I asked them to re-order it so they did not having return my money the first time, so then I got charged twice close to $350 so I called again and they tried running my card to order a third time without returning me. The first two payments in my card ended up declining and today is a holiday banks are closed, so I ended up with no money, and no cologne and all they're offering is 25% off. I am honestly very frustrated.

For a department store, this place is an absolute ZOO! It's a mess! Clothes literally everywhere! There are no associates available for assistance, no clear fitting rooms, and the fitting room we were directed to is an absolute disaster! We were looking for nicer shopping experience than a Ross or a Marshall's, but I believe those stores are actually better! At least they do a better job of maintaining their stores, and racks! This is sad and unacceptable. I don't think we will be back.

Dropped by on our visit to the mall. Didn't really see too many new items on sale or in fashion. Looked like same ol' same ol' clothing styles, nothing really new. Adidas, Alfani, CK, I.N.C. , Levi's, Michael Kors, Polo Ralph Lauren, etc. Cologne/perfume sets were advertised for Holiday gifts as well as Men's and Women's accessories. Saw some deals on jewelry and watches as well. It was good to browse around in for the most part.

Poor costumer service, mima from costumer assist had a bad actitud this is not the first time , on the pass she has been to my mom and enough is enough is she hates her job she should've work ! Management need to do something about this !

The service was awesome. The lady that helped me today was so so nice. They have many styles of selection, but most of the popular items are already gone. The value that I paid today was great. I bought as many of the items that were in stock. I wish they had more in stock.

Keith in the men's department was really helpful and helped measure me and find the right fit while at the same time juggling other customers and keeping the customer moving through the register. We just came from men's wear house and had no help there at all without an appointment. We got everything I needed not only for tonight's function in a rush but things to match for an upcoming wedding in about 30 minutes. Kudos to Keith!

Disappointed we didnt really find anything and we tried on a lot of options. The sales were not always clear based on the signage on each rack of clothes. Their thermostat was also broken because that store was HOT and I never feel too hot, so that's saying something. I didnt find the staff to be super friendly either. A large store but meh.

Hello well I don't really have a place to write this for Amazon so I thought I would write on Macy's. since I think Macy's owns Frangos but anyway. I had the Frango's with the peppermint chunks and I thought well this isn't right. doesn't make sense right but I flipped out over them. I thought it was really good they were lighter than the regular ones it's insane.

I love Macys. They have quality products at fair prices. Great prices when they're on sale. But recently I did an online purchase & chose in store pickup. The line for online pickup is also for returns and checking out. There were approximately 6 people in line in front of me. One customer took up one of the cashiers time for at least 10 full minutes. Longer I think because she was there when I got there and was still at the register when the other 6 people in line in front of me had gone through. I appreciate that the cashier was patient with her but she really should have tried to move the lady along quicker. I don't think I would choose the pickup at store option again.

By far the worst Macy's location I've ever been to. It's so disorganized and the employees here are rude and not helpful. You can never find anyone in this store to ask a question which why I prefer curbside pick up. Even that becomes a pain because there's no one even working that either. You check in and no response. You call and they are "unavailable." Id avoid here if possible. Your better off going somewhere else.

Stopped into Macy's men's department, bought some shoes, the salesman was friendly. Then I went over to buy some socks, because I needed some new work socks, and the salesman behind the counter (Bailey) who was helping me asked me to smell his cologne he was wearing, I did not hesitate, so I leaned in and smelled his wrist, and it smelled amazing. Long story short, I ended up buying the cologne he was wearing - Valentino Uomo smells sexy AF! Bailey, thanks for the recommendation! I'm in love with this cologne. It's one of my new favs.

This location is decent for in store purchases. Customer service is friendly and decent. They keep their shelves stocked. Even during covid they did a good job keeping items stocked. Masks are required but not forced. Most people do a good job at wearing them even though their still optional. I've had hit or miss experiences ordering online.

ENTIRE STORE IS A DISASTER! Huge mess everywhere- in-line with every other store in this mall. I've seen more organized thrift stores. No register was open on the second floor. Everytime I asked an employee where an open register was they would send me to another area of the second floor or would pretend they were going to look for me and never came back. Save yourself a headache and go to a different macys.
