I had a phenomenal time with Marshall, who helped me try new combinations of body scrubs with bar soaps and lotion bars. As whole, they seemed so well versed in the products and had a genuine care for the work they were doing. Thank you Marshall! I’m leaving excited for my spruced up evening routine. What makes this experience even better is that I have made it a goal to have less waste and many of the products are coming plastic free and the ones that aren’t the plastic can be brought back next time I come in. 10/10 would recommend!

His explanations paired with the demonstrations really helped me to connect to his recommendations. I’ve been a Lush customer for years. Marshall is a gem to have!

Classes on Sundays for $25 to make soaps, etc. You get what you make in a class and you get an additional item. I got the Gunge in 3.5oz. Marshall was so nice - we didn’t initially go in there for the class but he asked if we’d like to join. It was fun and got to take a home a few samples after the consultation. Definitely recommend! I forgot the supervisor’s name but she was really great as well ?

My fiancé and I were on our way out of the mall. The Beetlejuice window display is what caught our attention. We just wanted to check it out then leave. Today was my first time visiting a Lush store and I had such a great experience. Marshall greeted us, and showed us everything. He had us try a good selection of products, and we were impressed. He was very knowledgeable, and so sweet! We received wonderful customer service. I hope this gets to whomever it needs to because he deserves the recognition.

I love the Good Karma shower gel. It's an amazing sent style on my skin; subtle, clean, and sort of earthy.
The Aromanota underarm deodorant absolutely outstanding. It's effective; end of. And even though the sent style is patchouli, it's that good smelling patchouli, not the one that smells like dirt.
That's all I need in the smell-u-good department bcuz people keep coming in close for a whiff. Nice
One more word; organic. Yessss.
