Pretty much as expected. No issues. Staff was polite and helpful. Star was well organized and had many options and items to choose from

Always friendly and helpful! Most of the associates know items well and can tell you where they are located. They understand diy projects without too much explanations and will set aside items if you call ahead and verify items listed/needed!

I have 1 item to return and seriously have been standing in line for 20 plus minutes while all the other employees just stood there and look! Only 1 poor lady working customer service! Nobody acknowledged or let me know what is going on!
