We’re planning a full kitchen renovation, including changes to the layout and major electrical work, like replacing the old recessed lights. There are so many options for kitchen ceiling lights, and Shawna really helped us out. She explained the differences between LED lights and guided us through each option in detail. From comparing sizes to breaking down the technical aspects, she was incredibly thorough and thoughtful.
If you’re looking for professional help with a kitchen revamp like ours, I highly recommend this store. Whether it’s for a kitchen renovation or something else, I’m confident Shawna or the other staff will be able to assist you.

I love this store on and offline. They have a great selection of lamps, ceiling fans, lighting products, furniture and more. The sales are great and so is customer service. Returns are hassle free. Plus lots of parking at their stores.

Great experience working with Vicki Date as she walked me through several different options for a bedroom ceiling fan with great insights and info to guide me to the one that was best for me. WOW! The customer service at this place was impeccable. John was really helpful and had a lot of knowledge about sizing and what would work for our kitchen. We were able to find a statement piece here that we are really excited about. They also had tons of other decor items on sale throughout the store for very reasonable pricing. The other staff members were also really nice and offered us cold waters while we looked around and their bathroom was so clean and had all the feminie toiletry items you would need. Highly recommend checking them out! Some items are in stock so you can pick them up right away while others take a few days to ship out.

We went to Lamps Plus in Tukwila with our lamps and were greeted immediately. Vicki D. helped us. She was personable and attentive. When we told her what type of shades we had in mind, she was like a magician and the first shade she showed us was perfect. Thank you, Vicki!

After trying our luck at a couple of large area hardware stores for our clients, we had a great experience at Lamps Plus. As local Real Estate Advisors, we are often asked about home decor, including lighting options. Lighting Consultant John Anderson assisted us and provided not only great service, but great advice that saved us a lot of time and money. Lamps Plus stood out for its excellent service and wide array of options and price points.

The store was very clean and well organized. The 2 consultants we encountered were friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable. Ultimately John helped my wife and I settle on our purchase, setup the shipping, and finalize the transaction. Though our items had to be shipped that particular visit to the store, we had our lamps by the weekend.

Nice store and staff. My only complaint was with the online items. The ones I wanted to see were not displayed at the store. The woman that helped me was able to show a different light to buy instead. Not really interested in buying something I can't see lit up in person

I recently called this location after part of a light fixture we installed this past fall broke. Sarah was professional and friendly as she looked up my invoice. She informed me it was still under warranty and would order the replacement. She kept me informed in the process, the fixture arrived quickly and safely and I am very happy I bought this from Lamps Plus! Outstanding!
