Josh greeted my wife and I as we entered the store, we shared a little on what we were looking for. Then he let us walk around by ourself. He would check to see if we had question for time to time.
At the end we did have questions and Josh was very helpful. We left with knowledge and was able to talk over dinner for me to come back to buy.
Josh was very good all the way through the Process.

Before going in I figured this would be one of those days of multiple stores to find a comfortable chair. The staff knew their product product line and were able to find me the perfect chair. John and the store trainer that was there were awesome. The new recliners don’t look like my dad’s which is awesome

We wanted recliners from the local store so we wouldn't have to wait too long for them to be delivered. We're elderly and wanted to avoid having to go into the store. The sales rep made it easy to order and pay for them over the phone, we're very pleased.

Friendly, professional associates able to suggest styles and fabrics. Was able to meet with inside decorator who was nothing short of marvelous l. Came to my home, measured and suggested rug and furniture fabrics and wood types for coffee and end tables.
