The salespeople we very nice, although the lady helping me was either tired or distracted because she got things wrong a couple of times and forgot to give me my leather care kit. I had to return to the store to pick it up.

The shopping experience at La-Z Boy in Southcenter was relaxed and fun. Michelle provided a fantastic balance of providing information, answering questions, and giving my family space to explore the showroom. Brooke provided excellent design guidance without pressure. We are looking forward to taking delivery of our extremely comfortable and well made furnishings soon!

My salesperson, Ehren was knowledgable and helpful! We found the recliner and side table we wanted in store and it was only a couple days before they were delivered. Delivery was excellent as well! Im very happy with my purchase!

Sales person . The delivery guys were very good showed how to use the remote. Loved the recliner so much I called Kianna and ordered another for my husband.
