I recently got cabinets from KT, and I'm super impressed. The cabinets are quality, and they really paid attention to the little details. The team was friendly and helpful from start to finish. I'm really happy with how everything turned out and would totally recommend them to anyone looking for awesome cabinets and great service!

This company is terrible. Awful customer service and poor quality products. We had their cabinets installed less than a year ago and the paint is wiping off and they willNot repair or replace. Telling me it looks like normal wear. Paint wiping away on the door creases on the front of the cabinets is normal wear?! The customer service is poor, with little concern for helping to resolve issues. Terrible company. Stay away!

I had the pleasure to work with KT Building Supply for my bathroom remodel and it was a great experience! I was really nervous on measurements and how the vanity would turn out because my vanity size was not standard and everything had to be customized. Damon worked with me along the way to ensure I understood what I was getting and gave me a peace of mind throughout this process. I cannot recommend them enough! Walk in and you'll find reps available who can speak to you about your project needs. There are plenty of slabs available to purchase too. They are more than happy to help if you inquire about your needs! The picture attached is the final result of my bathroom vanity. The color of the cabinets, size, and the countertop worked great - thank you so much!

Stay away from this place, she waste my two hour to make an estimate, and then she said she can’t send it to me on my email or she can’t print out for me. She just show me kitchen layout on her computer for two seconds ?? and give a verbally price of kitchen, they didn’t give any information in written, and she said if you will agree with our price and pay amount then they will give me an invoice. It’s not make sense. And price is way expensive then GS BUILDING SUPPLY, PIUS KITCHEN or CABINETS TO GO.

We bought 3 sinks with counter tops and 2 vanities from kt building supply. When we went to pickup, both vanities had scratches on the open side. We complained but since we had paid, they didn’t do anything about it. We got a plumber, he fixed everything and within 2-3 hrs, one of the sink fell down. Now it’s 4 days that we are calling them to send someone to fix the detached sink but they keep on saying, we don’t have anyone available. What kind of service from that big company. Very disappointed and don’t recommend anyone to go to them.

KT installed our quartz countertop on 2/10. The process was smooth from the beginning. Ryan is the go to person; very helpful and knowledgeable. The installer both were ontime and were skillful. I was nervous at first since I used to work only with Pius and GS. It turned out that KT did a great job. I can trust them for more of my future projects.

Found KT while driving to Costco. Met with Ryan who was very kind and understood my countertop needs. He provided me with a reasonable estimate, this was Tuesday. He responded that his installer had an opening. Between building the templates, picking up our slab at the warehouse, the job was beautifully completed by Friday. Antonio and crew were fabulous and We were so happy with his workmanship. Kudos to Antonio for an awesome job. Btw. The slab was picked out at Architecural Surfaces.

I needed a new countertop and went with KT due to their selection and hands down best value.Staff was super sweet and knowledgeable, and patient. Scheduling was quick and easy. Installers took hardly any time at all and my new granite coutertop looks goregous. Highly recommend.

Their installers were very rude with my husband during install. All we wanted were 2 level counters with no major overhang. They didn’t bring any tools to adjust the counters and tried installing completely off center by 2”. When purchasing they guaranteed they’d have the ability to alter onsite so now our cabinets are uneven because they altered them rather than shimming the countertop.

Horrible experience. In addition to shoddy workmanship, Installers destroyed my floors by not using any sort of protection and installed my counters incorrectly. KT demanded payment despite the fact the work isn't complete. DO NOT DO BUSINESS with this company.When the installers showed up, it was clear that they didn't understand the scope of the job. While demoing my old countertop, they used zero protection and damaged my floors significantly.It's also worth noting that I had no way of communicating with them because they didn't speak any English. They would pop into our house and just start grunting until someone came out, then point, and hope we understood what they were saying. It was a disaster.When I went to have the sink hooked back up, I learned that they had cut the hole in the wrong spot, so not only does our current drop in sink not work (you can't attach it) but an undermount sink won't work either. Our only option is an expensive cast-iron sink.They also installed a giant seam in the most visible spot on the counter... these guys are not professionals... they don't have a clue what they are doing.When I called to tell them about the floor scratching, the person I spoke with refused to acknowledge his workers mistakes and tried to brow beat me into paying the remainder of the balance.Email communication to remedy all of this has been challenging at best.Stay very far away from this company unless you want garbage results and a lot of time, money and energy spent fixing what they did.STAY AWAY.

We purchased bathroom cabinets and countertops from this company last month. The cabinets were okay for the money(very dirty upon arrival) but the countertops were another story. Upon the installers arriving they told me they were going to measure and return to install at 6pm, which was immediately rejected by myself, I told them this was unacceptable as I made an appointment for this and needed them to complete the job. They rushed through the job not sealing everything properly and was called back to complete accommodating their schedule. Upon their second arrival it was clear the installer had an attitude and still was unable to complete the job correctly leaving our job still unfinished. We had to get the contactor to complete the job we had scheduled and paid for. I would not even give them a rating but had to in order to complete this post.. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.
