Wanted to get something out of one of the glass cases in the paint section. Hit the button to call an attendant, 5 minutes later nobody has arrived, hit the button again, still nobody. 20 minutes later start wandering the store to find staff. Only employees are at the fabric section and register. Both say they aren't allowed to leave their section and don't call for someone else to assist. If you're going to lock things up make sure you have the staff to retrieve the items. Especially when they cost 20% more than they do online.

Sent my husband in to pick up a sewing machine I purchased online. I spent almost $400 between the sewing machine and some needles. He got there 1/2 hour plus before they closed. He was told they did not have time to sell it to them because they closed in a half hour. What? So the big sales can't be made 1/2 hour before closing? I am guessing this is why they are going through a bankruptcy. Apparently there is a time limit for spending money with them. Tomorrow I will be asking them to post a return and getting it somewhere else. If they do not have time to sell it to me, I do not have time to buy it. This one definitely will bring on a letter to someone higher up.

Love this store's location and fabric selection but I almost left without my fabric. There was very few customers in the store. I put my 13 bolts of fabric on the counter. I was the only customer wanting fabric cut. The cutting lady yelled at me to take a ticket. Then demanded I put my bolts in a cart she had behind her counter because she needed room to cut but again the counter is 30 feet long and no other customers. I politely complied. Thought of leaving but wanted my fabric. Rude through the entire cutting. She was more concerned with controlling me (the customer) han cutting the fabric.

I love Joann’s and I love this location. The team members that help cut the fabric are always so sweet and helpful. I was there today and there was a long line. Pam (if I remember the name correctly) was alone helping everyone. I was the last in line of maybe 6 or 7 people. When it was my turn Pam was helping me and talking to me about my choice of fabrics and what I was making. She started to share some ideas cause I didn’t have any solid ones yet. I grew up sewing with my grandma but just started up again after over a decade. So I’m still a beginner. I was enjoying talking to her and hearing her ideas and getting knowledge from someone who has way more experience than I do. She was writing down something for me to look into once I got home and the manager started lingering behind her, seemed to be pressuring her to hurry, asked her if her equipment was broken cause she noticed her writing with a pen and even huffed and puffed when she was pointing me in the direction of a particular fabric she had mentioned to me after she had finished cutting all the fabrics. Note for the manager, I’m not sure if the customer experience was something you were worried about but it is okay for your employees to share their knowledge and talk to us. They don’t need to be robots that just cut the fabric and stock the shelves. I loved being able to talk to her. Please allow your employees to share their knowledge, this should not be something they get in trouble for. Pam deserves 5 star review but the experience was disheartening

It sucks wasting your time shopping just for the cashier to say they can’t take $100 bill. I understand if it was a smaller purchase but it wasn’t. Won’t be wasting my time here anymore. If you don’t want my money you won’t get my business ??♀️

Store itself is eeehhhh, sometimes understocked and lacking in craft stuff, but tons of fabric and sewing supplies (which is predictable given the name).Mostly writing because the woman working at 1pm Thursday 12/28 was amazing. She's a tall black woman with the patience and grace of a living saint. The line was long and I watched her deal with several seniors who had a lot of trouble understanding the pricing of items, where to find coupons, how to use the Joann app on their phone, etc. She was so kind and gracious to each person, and truly helpful. Being able to keep that light post holiday is no easy feat!

Love the selection but horrible customer service. Waited in a line of 6 for the lone cashier while 3 workers stood 6 feet away talking together.

Nice store, but every single time you have to wait to get to the cashier 15-20 mins. That’s really annoying. People, time is money, I cannot spend 20 min in the line. Hire more people! You just make me think your management is suck.

This store is ridiculous and it's not the check out people's fault. Who is managing this store. No change in the tills and the employee's have to ask the manager who is apparently hiding out and doesn't give a crap what they have to go through. Get a new manager.

Good. The other location was out of stock but this location has the black dye for your clothes. So if you’re like me and accidentally got bleach on your clothes, the back to black dye kit they sell is great for you.
