I came in today looking for new clothes since it’s almost back to school season and I went shopping for my kids. Upon arrival I was greeted with a warm smile and I felt welcomed as soon as i walked in. As I continued my shopping, some prices were on point while other prices weren’t so on point. Long story short as I continued to checkout the clothes for my kids, I was rung up by a kind young lady named Amani. Her customer service was beyond amazing and she kept a good attitude and positivity throughout the interaction and she helped me with my prices. I feel more retail stores should have somebody as positive as Amani. Thank you Jcpenney

They don't have open fitting rooms in women's. They expect you to drag everything upstairs and use the men's.

Its unfortunate that on a weekend when people are out for shopping and there are long lines at fitting rooms, but no one is there to attend. Only one fitting room area is open. Others are closed. On a weekend with one fitting room is a disaster recipe.

I love Jc Penny for so many reasons. There's also Jc Penny Sloan that has been kind of hidden in the corner but there are so many services that stylists are offering there and one of them is eyelash extensions.
I believe whoever is running the business page should consider contacting Google and give them the keyword for eyelash extensions and eyebrows, then people will be informed and when they search for eyelash extension in the area then they can find JCPenney salon. Otherwise they wouldn't be able to know if the keyword hasn't been given to Google.
