My stay has been wonderful. Room is great. Super clean and comfortable. Service was exceptional. The only thing that I didn’t enjoy was the cost of parking. Otherwise, great place!

The bathroom door in the room has a big gap providing very little privacy. They have no way for guests to do their laundry. People at the front desk often seem annoyed and unwilling to help. My door doesn't close by itself. The faucet for the bath isn't even secured to the wall it's just loose in the tub.

I am a 13 year old girl staying here with my 5 friends. The mother of the birthday girl had called a few weeks prior to the day we would be staying and requested that she has a room directly next to us to keep an eye on us. She had also repeatedly called to confirm that this request would be possible and the hotel said they would be able to accommodate it. To make sure of this request we payed extra to make sure we would be staying right next to each other so we could have an adult supervise us. Well, the day of the stay we tried checking into the rooms and our request was denied. Even though we had payed extra and repeatedly asked for a door to door room. Also the hotel kept blaming noise complaints on us even though we had been sitting in bed watching TV. The environment of the hotel was no better, we repeatedly heard gunshots and there were people knocking on our door and running up and down the halls. When we tried complaining the workers said they would check it out but they never did. We also asked for a replacement of a remote to the tv and the workers were very snooty and rude about it. The hotel repeatedly blamed the complaints on us and said if we made any more noise we would be kicked out even though we had been very considerate of other guests. I would recommend staying elsewhere.

I came here with my daughter and four of her friends for her 13th birthday. Upon booking through Priceline I requested two adjacent rooms so that I could keep a close eye on them and also be a buffer for their behavior. Four days prior to our reservation I called and confirmed a reservation for two adjacent rooms, preferably with a door between. When we arrived, we were told that this was not an option because rooms are first come first serve. Two of the moms of the girls almost bailed because they did not feel safe leaving their daughters in a room that was not adjacent to their chaperone’s. We were finally given two rooms with one room across and down the hall from the other. We then kept getting calls from the front desk that there were noise complaints; however, when I went to check in them they were all in bed. I sat with them for a minute and someone knocked on their door and when we looked nobody was there, so somebody was messing with them and causing them to get noise complaints against them. This all makes me very nervous and I regret stayingy here I am unable to sleep snd enjoy myself, especially considering the multiple times I have heard gunshots out in the street below. I am extremely disappointed that my reservation was not honored and that the result is me being up worried all night, and the girls now feeling scared that they are being messed with AND getting blamed for making noise. None of this would be happening if I were right next door to them as planned.Safety: Decent hotel in a high crime area

Nice hotel in a good location. Easy walking distance to restaurants. Rooms were spacious and clean. The complimentary breakfast was ok, but not great. Would definitely stay here again.

You know this seems like a little thing; but, it is really one of those little big things that makes all the difference in an experience...So, I book a corner room and get excited for my visit. I get a bottle of champagne and a bottle of wine and prepare for my guest arrival!I get to the room and the only drinking vessels the hotel provides are wrapped up Styrofoam coffee cups...huh!!??I've never even heard of this in any decent hotel whatsoever!!!There are always some glasses of some kind provided. So, I am left searching the room like a lunatic thinking they have hidden them somewhere...nope, nothing!Imagine that, I need to be provided with drinking apparatus! ?I called down to the front desk and had to go down and wait while personnel raided wine glasses from the nearby restaurant! How Bizarre! Please Hotel Interurban, get in sync with the rest of the universe and provide some basic drinking vessels with each room! ?Thank you kindly!

I am so happy to have discovered your hotel. Both my trips here were unplanned. This is my 2nd time staying. My first stay was made a very pleasant experience because of front desk super gentle human being Mohamad.Today my 2nd trip check-in was also excellent because of Mohamad's helpful nature.I enjoy your property and I am very happy today because of my 2nd very warm reception by Your friendly staff. Mohamad also had a happy man from Miramar at front desk. Both of them are fantastic.Be Exceptional,EktaRooms: Clean new construction

When I say this hotel is overrated that is an understatement. When my daughter and I first arrived the staff member was quite rude and very unfriendly. He didn't even greet us, just immediately asked for ID. Didn't make us feel very welcome and we are seeking comfort as our home is being repaired after a pipe burst. As we entered the hallway to the room it was dark with minimal lighting and so was the room. The lamps that were operable had bulbs that were blinking and annoying so we unplugged them for safety. The hotel Interurban advertised being pet friendly. I was required to sign all of these rules which I didn't receive a copy of, not to mention paying huge fees for having a pet with me. Hotels these days are rip offs and disappointing! I gave it 2 stars because it had a bed. My last stay at this one!Rooms: Room was boring and tv remote barely worked.Safety: Hall felt unsafe because of poor lighting.
