When I asked if a scratched product could be discounted, instead of simply saying no, the manager said they would give me a 5-cent discount. Is that not mocking me? It felt insulting. Marpenele is the manager, but her customer service is terrible.

I had a very negative experience at this HomeGoods location. The coordinator, Monica, was extremely rude. She spoke to me disrespectfully and refused to take my product back, saying she would not return my money. My husband had purchased the item, but I did not agree with the purchase and came to return it. She claimed the product looked used, which is not true, and immediately said “no” without letting me explain. Then she just turned away and went to another customer. When I asked for her name, she even told me I had no right to know it. I felt disrespected, ignored, and treated unprofessionally.

Always something around every corner in HomeGoods you'll have a reason you need it by time you get to checkout! The Tulwila store is very organized and easy to shop. The staff gives great customer service.

Home Goods beverage disappoints. This store has a lot of fun items from party supplies to home decoration and some things you didn't know you needed. The store is clean and well organized with ample parking.
