I shop weekly at HomeGoods & spend thousands of dollars every month at this store.
I received a comforter set as a gift, and called HomeGoods corporate number to see the process for exchanging it.
I was told to bring in my temporary Driver's license in addition to a legal document, such as my passport that has a photo.
Upon arriving at the store, the manager Lori, proceeds to rudely tell me that corporate was incorrect.
She informed me that my state issued identification is not acceptable and refused to exchange my comforter, despite my request to simply exchange it for a different color.
I am so frustrated with stores going against the rules and regulations set by corporate. I've wasted my night, my gas and my time!
I'm very disappointed HomeGoods!!!

I finally found a food stool here! A friendly associate helped me get it down. All around a nice store. Lots of cute items. Though I was only there to try and find a food stool.

Would like everyone who goes to this store. Please watch your vehicles. My truck back window was broken in there parking lot. Inside store manager did and does nothing. Plus if you look on the side of the building the camera is down broken. So that makes me think they are in on the break ins. Horrible store to go to didn't feel safe especially when you come out and your window is broken..

I really like the place. The clothes are relatively cheap. I bought a t-shirt and shorts jeans. I like them. This store is like winners in Vancouver, probably better.

Huge variety! Nice atmosphere. We found some nice trivets. I wanted a very small cutting board for work and VOILA! Pretty inexpensive, too.

I love shopping at Home goods but my experience on Friday the 28th was very unpleasant and embarrassing to me for what was said loud enough that other customers heard. I was looking for home decor items and found a mirror that was on clearance. It was a heavy mirror. At checkout I did not want to remove it from the shopping cart because it was easy enough for the cashier to scan it. The cashier asked if I can place it on the counter and started struggling to lift it. She then said never mind I will come around.
She came looked at the tag and said, "I needed to confirm the tag because you know this get switched up". I just looked at her and said nothing. I was at counter #1 and observed other customers with items with clearance tags not subjected to the same treatment.
Just horrible.

I recently visited the HomeGoods location at southcenter and had a fantastic experience. The store is well-stocked with a wide variety of quality items, and the clearance section is particularly impressive compared to other stores I've visited. The deals I found were unbeatable, and the overall selection is top-notch. The staff was also friendly and helpful, making my shopping experience even better. I'll definitely be returning to this location for future purchases. Highly recommend!

I love the Tukwila Home Goods had a large variety.University Place Home Goods also has a good variety.My least favorite is Gig Harbor. Crowded and not alot of variety.
