They sold me a rusty barbecue I ordered a barbecue from the Southcenter store and ask them to assemble it for me and ship it to my address they said no problem they had Barbecues in the back room and it can be delivered the next day. Got an email before I got home saying they can't deliver it the next day they can get it the day after that that's the first red flag what they actually did was went to another store in Renton on Grady Way and picked up the barbecue that was sitting out in their Garden when I got it I noticed some big scratches on it it was dented parts were missing and it wasn't put together very well many parts were rusted. I also asked him how much a tank of propane would be cuz I would need one to go with it and they said about $30 this is what customer service said so I said okay that's cool . I went to pay for the propane and the ended up costing over $70 for a tank of propane so I got lied to about that they showed me a used barbecue that was a day late missing parts and was all rusted I've been trying to get a hold of corporate but there's no way you can get a hold of them I will try to call them on Monday I will not talk to these people at the Southcenter store because I called them yesterday and all they said was thank you for calling Home Depot and then hung up on me . So I will talk with corporate probably file a complaint with Better Business Bureau which there's nothing much they can do and another complaint with the Attorney General of Washington which is not much they can do either except put it on file that these guys are not good players they're dirty people that's all be careful when you shop there .

What happened to this place. Haven't been here in a month or so. I walk in I look for a bucket not one to be found, Anywhere. Okay so I thought I'll just carry my stuff. I run a business so I count on this place. First stop wax rings not one standard wax ring to be found. Plenty of no seep wax rings. Next stop closet supplies for toilets. They keep all sizes in four bins you have to pick through to find your size, Really. Next stop water control valves or ballcocks being a contractor I like to buy the box of four . Out of stock. Next stop quarter inch concrete bit sds. None to be found all other sizes in stock. Next stop quarter inch pin sets 2 in. I only need six, small size box out of stock. Next stop checkout. As soon as I walk up to the machine the lady at the self checkout starts telling me about her neck pain. That was the first thing that came out of her mouth not how are you today. All I can say is wow this place is gone downhill.

Came in to buy OSB and needed them cut in half, looked around for 15 minutes for someone to come help at the saw. A employee passed by and called for someone to help, but waiting for another 15 minutes no one showed up so I left. No customer service what so ever at this location. Save your time and go elsewhere if you need help with your project. This location is the worst and the employees seem to not care about their customers here.

Customer service counter was understaffed. The wait for assistance was nearly 45 minutes. I got an email that said my order was in but I only had 5 days to pick it up but then I had to wait in front of an empty counter for 45 minutes just to pick it up. Totally unacceptable service.

Consistently the worst customer service I have received in the US. Employees either dont want to help you or there is nonone available to get anything done. Every single time I come. Geez I hate this place

Not sure what to say. I love Home depot and even this location, but sometimes I also hate it. I have sworn more than one oath not to go back, but I always do because it's literally my toy store. I have to say it though, home depot has some of the worst on the ground customer service I have ever seen. Haha... I swear, I swear it. The staff walking around must be getting paid to avoid customers. It's got to be in inside competition. They see you, and they run. I mean I've seen them run.... hahahahaha... it's incredible really. I just have to accept that when I go there, I need to bring (or buy upfront) snacks and a beverage because its gonna take me an eternity to find what I'm looking for and I'm gonna have to cross these badlands alone. No joke, I often turn on my fitbit when I go. I might as well get digital credit for the journey ahead. I love this place. Wait, I hate it. Darn you home depot.

This HD location has poor inventory management, items are not placed in the correct location, price tags are incorrect, much merchandise are broken for damaged, not acceptable
