I thought the hotel was generally clean as far as our guest room and the bathroom. The lobby area and the hallways were clean as well. There was plenty of staff that was working throughout the morning. Location was close to a nearby 7-Eleven to grab some essentials in the morning. They have an ice machine, free Wi-Fi, a small fitness area, and an outdoor pool. They also offer a shuttle service but I did not use it. My expectations were not extremely high as we were only staying here one evening so as long as our room was clean I wasn’t going to be very picky. it wasn’t noisy or anything and I got a good sleep so that’s five stars for me. I like staying at the Hampton Inn because of the digital key feature. That’s always a plus not having to check in.

Horrible experience!! Manager on duty Rosario has ZERO customer service skills and lack empathy. Rosario immediately canceled my daughter’s one night reservation because she was 20 years old.; their policy is 21+. My daughter flew in from Orlando to begin her internship in Seattle. As an adult, she booked her flight, rented a car and signed her housing lease without a problem. She had 2 forms of ID and a major credit card. And the room was already paid for!! Rudely, she said “go somewhere else. You cannot check in alone. Try Embassy or Courtyard or any where else because we are not making any exceptions to our policy. And if Hilton Honors calls us we’ll tell them the same. Next time read the small print!” Really!!! No empathy for a young lady stranded in a new city by herself. Never will I ever book again with Hampton Inn!!

Easy check-in and out online. Room key on cellphone. Clean rooms. Great breakfast with plenty of choices. Highly recommend.

The place is OK, but service at breakfast was horrible. If you're open till 9 then serve till 9. Don't tell me you're closing soon and not help. Multiple people were having the same issue. The room was fine, but the thermostat on the wall did nothing. Had to figure it out when I woke up.

Each morning they ran out many items at breakfast. Front desk was n on the very helpful with directions. As a Diamond member I doubt if I would l d ever stay there again.

Whenever you pick a location or over night venue that you have never stayed at before it’s kinda like gamblingWell I hit the jackpot with this locationThe staff the rooms and easy access to the hotel were beyond what I had imaginedThe staff at the front desk were happy treated me with mutual appreciation and offered so many other things I did not even considerAt one point they even changed my room because I wanted a bathtub instead of a showerI left them all a great tipAnd I departed the next day happier than I arrivedStay here!!!!!!!!Beyond amazingSTEVIEB

This hotel is great, a few things are needed to be done asap,I feel that these rooms need updated appliances because stepping into this room feels like i am stepping back in time.Not to mention, the walls, at least in the room that I am in, are pretty damn thin, I can hear the GOOD and the BAD.On the website they list the wi-fi as being free and while that is true it only lets you do very basic web browsing and email reading, good luck trying to watch videos unless you upgrade and pay for it.Staff is great and ready to help, the free breakfast was always great. Over all I enjoyed my time here. If I ever find my self in the SeaTac area again i will be booking at this hotel again.
