Staff helped look up several items. First person I spoke to was on the phone and they found all the items I was looking for at that point and then gave me a order number which I picked up was less than 2 minutes they brought out my stuff a warehouse is huge and has more items than some of the smaller locations

My company is based in Puerto Rico and all I was tying to place an order for will call and it took way to long. Grainger Corprate needs to figure out a better way for companies that are based in PR to be able to order things for will call in the states. PR is not a separate company. Trey and Tami on site here in Tukwila were awesome. They were very helpful and knowledgeable.

This lady wearing your shirt (appears to be an employee?), harassed, stalked, and chased me down this morning after I parked my car trying to visit a friend. Apparently she owns a condo in the same unit and didn’t think “my kind” should ever be allowed there. The cops were called. Please do something remove this employee from representing your brand as she isn’t safe for the public or the community and now I don’t feel safe to ever shop at your stores knowing this crazy lady could be there.

Waiting 2 hours to hear from the after hours counter sales person after ordering parts on a Saturday. I know they get $50 +3 hours. Is it up to 3.0 hours of OT?

Amazing experience!
Had about an hour and an half drive to pick up a will call order, unfortunately they did not have my order ready nor at the location, instead of giving me an idk response or barely any effort to amend the situation. I was lucky to have the employee I did. He listened and tried his best to amend the situation and was able to find a like box that I needed! Super friendly staff and very attentive! I left happy regardless if it wasn’t the exact item I wanted!

Brandon’s patience just saved me $1000.
I have some exterior light fixtures that were no longer as watertight as they should be due to some failed O-rings. After being quoted $1000 for the replacements, I decided to try rehabilitation. I tried every hardware and plumbing supply store I could find but came up short. Brandon worked cheerfully and patiently and was able to find the one that I needed. A couple dollars later and I’m the proud owner of 25 of the exact ring that I needed. It was well worth the drive to Grainger and I really appreciate his help.

The desk folks were helping other customers and there's nowhere to 'line up' to wait for your turn. The line was getting so long (6 people in line) and one of the desk people was hosting a personal installation class for a customer - who really needs to be more aware of how full the lobby is becoming. Please remove the merchandise displays that are over 6ft, right in the way of where people need to 'line up' for service.

Most of the people at the counter have attitudes. I went in for a pickup and one guy flipped over 2 pieces of paper and said I got nothing for you (even told him I had a PO# if that helped) then he went and helped another customer. But the other counter guy had no problem looking it up by the Order Number.

Just a heads up for applicants. This company discriminates against women and people over 40. They constantly having job postings for FT and PT (day, mid and night). I have applied twice in the past couple of months (just looking for PT). All my prior jobs have been in a warehouse setting doing all functions of warehousing. I also know how to operate a variety of forklift equipment. I have 20 years of experience and because my most current job is delivery driver I was denied. My experience doesn’t have an expiration date.

Rude front desk girl. Mad at you because she didn't take her lunch. She treats customers who have company accounts like we're annoying and bothering her because we walk in and are polite and wait patiently for assistance. Then she storms off saying how stupid passing customers are because she didn't take her lunch on time. I just feel if your such a mean spirit and bad energy why does Grainger allow for her to be at the front desk???? It's a bad reflection on the whole department. Then she shuts her computer down walks away and I have no idea if I'm still being helped. Smh. Don't give company's your money if they don't respect you as a customer!!!

The phone number that’s on the Google listing isn’t for the actual store but instead a call center. A cell center that has employees that clearly have never worked with any of the items Grainger sells and have to play 21 questions before they will tell you if a certain item is even in store. Literally had to talk to 4 people to find out if some Kroil is in stock at my local store. One lady wouldn’t give me information until I gave her all this info about the company I work for…I don’t work in accounting I have no idea, even after I told her we buy from Grainger all the time and was given a PO by the office she still wouldn’t help me so I called back and talked to someone else who also had no idea what Kroil is so I asked for a manager who also didn’t know what Kroil is after I gave her the spelling she was going to look it up but hung up on me so I called back again and this person also had no clue what Kroil is so I had to give her the spelling and she was finally able to tell me that yes it’s in stock.I understand they are trying to save a buck and have call center people answer questions as opposed to hiring more people at the locations but this is at the cost of customer service.
