Shame on you Goodwill! I was just in your Tukwilla store. The teller had asked me if I would like to round up my purchase by .75 cents for charity, which I did. The next woman was buying a belt for $2.25 to hold up her pants. She only had $1.75 and asked if the teller would accept that. The teller refused to give her the 50 cents discount. I of course gave her the money, but was appalled that Goodwill has no problem asking for charity but refused to give it. I later saw the woman putting on the belt.

Walking in here is like a goodwill , the smell , but as you'd look at the prices , ohhh wow , is like shopping at a new store , jeans for $24,00 ? &27, 00? Used clothing ? Mine as well go to JCPenney or Kohls and get bonus pints , very , very pricey for a goodwill , which they get stuff donated , aren't goodwills stores for lower income ? Well , may I say , lower income cannot shop here anymore, very sad , homeless people ? Nope cannot afford it , I saw a homeless man asking for clothes , the person told him No , what happened ? Also some of the employees are very , very rude , not courteous at all , some treat you like you're shopping at Neiman Marcus ? Is a good will store for the poor , Stop rising the prices , let the homeless and the lower income shop again, and PLEAEE don't be soooo rude and to that manager lady , please lady be kinder and nicer to customers , so I recommend this goodwill ? No , but I'd know sometimes we got to go find a bargain . To the people that works there and the manager lady , goodwill to you and God Bless .

staff need to honor your policy, DO NOT mislead the customers. I was told in order to get a senior discount you have to be 62 years. I paid for my item, spent $97. As soon as I got to my car, I decided to go back to the store to return some items. I told the cashier that bough all of these in hoping I'd get senior discount since I didn't get the discount, I wanted to return some item. she took the receipt, did the return and told me that she couldn't give me credit to my credit card account but she could only give me an in store gift card. I asked her WHY? She said, because you didn't change your mind right away. Anyway, bad experience in there. PLEASE GET THEM TO KNOW ABOUT YOUR POLICY. I looked online and I know those are not true.

They don't take donations up to a certain time and dont post it anywhere. You'll come all the way to Tukwila for nothing. Update your donations hours then!

They don't take a lot of items. Had baby bouncer, baby high chair, sports equipment, and baby toys. The guy there said "I Don't want any of that." So I left. I Won't bring items back here.

Friendly staff, organized & clean, however like several other thrift organizations has fallen to corporate greed…. High prices & “Would you like to round up?” has resulted in eliminating Goodwill from our weekly thrifting ventures. Sad.

The cashier was incredibly rude. Prices are ridiculous.

Was a nice stop here today. Calmer than the one closer to Seattle on Dearborn. My Son brought me here, found some new gently used clothing and a new Cotopaxi purse brand new for a great deal. Lunch bag too was new with tags. There are a lot of things I wish they carried, but I guess it depends on donations too. I like their pots and pans sections. Dishes n cookware too. Still an awesome stop and great finds!

I love thrift shopping as a person with low income, I love the deals and finding great items new or used but the return policy is ridiculous o have my receipts and only gor a store credit and I'm stuck with a card and not my money that I can use to purchase what I needed somewhere else that they don't have, its a policy they should be announced at the stores and nit in small print. Wish that would change. Will be shopping less there.

This location is my personal favorite so far because it's 99.9% cleaned and organized. There is a donation center in the back of the building.Staff members, in my experience, are approachable and always willing to help a customer. (no matter how silly or rude the shopper is! )...check it out fellow thrifters. I hope y'all have the same experience.

Truly only good if you go early in the morning before it's all picked clean so you really got to get there right when they open otherwise you're wasting your time it just seems like there's a lot of old-timey stuff there that's outdated.

No longer a good store - they got greedy, prices are up by about 3x, selection is drastically reduced and quality is down. Go elsewhere.

Like all Goodwill stores, they can be a little cluttered. This one tried its best. It has some good treasures to find.

This is a very organized store, Monday's is crazy due to $1.99 sale tags, I was there few weeks ago, I was so disappointed while I was looking at the racks, one employee was taken off of the rack what "supposed to be on sale" I was upset about it why they said they have al merchandise with certain color each monday on sale if there going tto be pulling most of those color tags away. employees
