I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. They have the worst customer service. Do not pre book your stay because none of the information is correct over the phone & when you check in with pricing. Plus they charged my account $103.24 because I didn’t want to stay after my awful experiences. The lady who was checking me in was trying to over charge me way more than the price that I was told over the phone when I booked with my pet. I would highly recommend Townplace suites Seattle Southcenter instead.

This is a hidden GEM!! The property is on top of a hill with great views and the area is very quiet and decent. The room was clean, everything worked, great kitchenette that includes dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable, queen size w/ 4 pillows! Jaypee, Kelle, Debbie and all the staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel welcomed!

Had to find somewhere I could stay for a couple of weeks while recuperating from a hospital stay in the Seattle area. THIS hotel was perfect for the weekly price. Room was very clean and THE STAFF SIMPLY AMAZING. Huge shout out to them after my sister contacted the front desk concerned about my health - they called 911 and made sure I was taken care of in so many ways.

I’ve always stayed in four or five star hotels and I travel frequently, I stayed at this location over 6 weeks ago and have since stayed weekly when working in the area, location is perfect, hotel is clean, and the staff are all very helpful and friendly, especially Kelly, and Elisabeth, they both go out of their way every time i’m here to make me feel welcome, I feel like I’m staying with relatives when I stay at this hotel!

Kelly is one of my favorite employees there. She always comes in with a smile and in a great mood. This is the only extended stay I’ll stay at.JP has done a great job turning the place around. It’s clean, quiet, and definitely a 2nd home!The rooms are comfortable, some of the rooms could use an update but that is normal for most hotels.This extended stay is one of the cleanest! I will always return

Rooms could use a bit of updating but otherwise wonderful.Service is fantastic and the people are very friendly and understanding.Location- not sure what the crew was thinking when looking at the top of the hill ??My bf and I walk and having to climb that hill literally takes your breath away. ??Overall a very nice place to stay and usually pretty quiet

I booked this place through hot wire, and upon arrival, I was told my reservation was canceled as I arrived after midnight. After making a few calls to hot wire customer service, I was able to get room.But all night, I could not sleep due to noise from the highway traffic.Worst experience
