I love earthbound. I would shop there every day if I could. Items are a little pricy but the clearance rack is usually full of stuff on sale and still in amazing quality. I would give my left hand to work there. It is just amazing.

Typically I love earthbound, I try to stop by whenever I'm near one. However the last few time's I have been to this location my experience was less than great. The girl with the pink hair is always really smelly. I could not even purchase anything last time I was in the store because the smell made me nauseous. I know its her because when she's not there it smells fine. When she came up to greet me it took everything in me to not gag, it smelled her clothes had sat in a washer for days in a hot basement. Not only this but a few times that I have been in there she has been notably rude and aggressive to other workers in the store. The energy is awful when she's around. How can someone who reeks inside and out sell things meant to heal? Other than that everyone else is super nice, that's the only reason I'll give two stars instead of one. I wanted to speak to the manager about the pink one, but based on how she talks down to other workers I fear she is the manager.

I absolutely love this store. They have so many great home decor items. They also had a wide variety of fun gifts such as crystals, candles, tarot cards, books, jewelry, dishes, and clothing. The cashier was super helpful and friendly! We got a glow in the dark ufo welcome mat and it is incredible!

Literally just went in with my mother and grandmother. Immediate stares even from the black girl with the terribly old crochet braids, I nodded and smiled and everyone immediately looked away. I go to the back and low and behold the person who looks like me comes and follows me around every corner of the store with my old ass mother and grandmother. The disrespect and disregard was atrocious and hurtful. Definitely never going back now. If energies like that are harboring there within them, then the crystals and everything else there is tainted with bad spirit.

The store merchandise and wears are great, but the shopping experience was rough for us in Tukwilla. Someone in my party was accused of shoplifting in the changing room, with no evidence (because it didn't happen). After a super awkward conversation where the employee tripled down on the baseless and false accusation that went no where, we tried to purchase multiple clothing items that the employee had insisted on holding for us. Because they had made assumptions about us, they had sent all the clothes to be returned to the racks before confirming our wishes. We were able to get the pile of clothing back, but everything was mixed together and we had to sort through to find what we had put in the purchase pile. No apology came from the employee. These employees need better training all around, and it is highly unlikely we will be shopping there again. I have empathy for store owners, but you need systems in place to avoid this kind of confrontation with paying high quality customers, and to stem actual shoplifting. We were disappointed it worked out this way because the store is a pretty awesome concept and has great prices.

Love it. If you like energy and aura tools and original gifts and ecological materials, this is your place. Prices very reasonable. Himalayan salt from $10=$20. Super cute Quartz earrings and different kind of pendulum stones. So cool store. Staff is super friendly and helpful.
