Best pharmacy I've ever had! They do this incredible, novel service that I've never experienced with pharmacies before - they consistently have your medication ready when they say they will.

Considering how pharmacies all over the place are closing down and most that I've gone to give horrible service in the Last 4 years. Costco is overall better than all the competitors have gone to. Fastest to refill a prescription and the employees are great. Seriously I can't believe they only have a 2.8 rating on Google. All you have to do is go to a rite aid or a Walgreens if you can find one open with a pharmacy and you'll know that service is much better at Costco pharmacy.

God help you if you need to come to this pharmacy on a weekend or a busy time of year. You might pass away standing in line waiting for your prescription.I cannot understand how a massive, publicly traded corporation cannot work out appropriate staffing for such an integral department. It sometimes takes so long in this line that I have to choose between spending my entire lunch break in line or eating lunch. Do better Costco.

Staff is incredibly nice. I like they send a text when your prescription is about to run out, allowing your to request a refill by text.

The pharmacist assistant Rhodelyn was extremely rude. I had been in line for 15 mins with only one person person in front of me. Someone at the register asked if anybody was there for prescription pickup. I asked the person in front and she said she had to drop off her order. So I stepped out of the line and went to the register, but the worker went somewhere else. I took a few steps away from the register and waited for about a couple minutes. Rhodelyn stepped up to the register and asked for the next person. I stepped up. She immediately told I had to get in line. I told her I was in line, but she pointed to the line and said, "The line is over there." I said I was over there, but she said I had to get back in line. So I went back to the line and luckily the gentleman who was behind me let me stay in front of him and said, "They're trying to screw you. I saw the whole thing." Then I was immediately called back and Rhodelyn was at the register again. I, with some frustration, explained to her that I was in line and had waited for 15 mins. But she said, "Sir, this is my register and you are now at my register." At this time, I was so frustrated but just did not want to waste anymore time with her. Kept my mouth shut and just got on with the process. Figured she was hearing me but was not really listening or understanding.

Fun fact about the Costco pharmacy you don't actually have to have a Costco membership to access it because of Washington state laws

Lithium is usually 7 dollars at Rite Aid. This Costco Pharmacy charges 11 dollars. Very petty I know. But still worth knowing price difference.

If you can go literally anywhere else to get a vaccine or prescription filled, do it. This pharmacy is absolutely terrible. There is a complete lack of clear signage about where anyone should go, and none of them are offered in different languages for those who may need it.If 8 working people is understaffed for that little place, then sure, they were understaffed.None of these 8 people could bother to tell us upon seeing our insurance card that they were not contracted with that insurance company. Instead they let us sit around for 40 minutes and only told us this information after going up to the window again to see if there was an update. Then they charged us Non-Member pricing after scanning our membership card.A quick trip to get a flu shot ended up taking nearly an hour. Again, go somewhere - ANYWHERE- else.

Be aware this Costco stays busy! If you want to go to this location I suggest coming Mon-Wednesday. I always park all the way where the water side is (I don't mind walking). I go to Costco once or twice a week & the only reason why I go to this one is because it's the closest one to me, other than that I prefer issaquah location sorry to say. Plus side is that they are pretty good at stocking & they have quite a lot of stuff other Costco's don't have. The workers aren't that friendly to be honest.. except for guy name Mitch at checkout he's super funny & always has a positive attitude!

I choose to visit Tukwila as to the Seattle location (closer to my house), because there's less traffic. But my experience today was different. I had just arrived with my two little girls under the age of eight and had ONE item in my cart (Mr. Clean magic eraser) when my daughter told me she needed to use the bathroom . So we cut through in between the registers to go the the bathroom with my cart. I was IMMEDIATELY STOPPED by a White guy saying "ma'am you can't go pass here with your cart." WHAT? I had always before. I said why? He said, you can't take unpurchased items pass the registers. I have NEVER heard this "rule." ONE Mr. Clean eraser?!? (bathroom are the the right and exit is to the left, CLEARLY I was headed right!)Like I'm going to steal it. WHY do they have people checking receipts for? YOU tell me how easy it is to shop as a single mother of two girls? I had to go dump my cart somewhere and walk my two girls to the bathroom. I can't shake the feeling I was being discriminated because I was Asian. Again, they check receipts on the way out!! If I were to walk out with a box of Mr. Clean and no paper receipt; it would be very obvious. I am a female, I am Asian... which was it Costco? My gender or my race was why I was stopped?.. right in front of my kids. I hope that White kid felt entitled, empowered and privileged because he will never understand what true discrimination feels like.
