Staff was efficient and got me thru a drug screening quickly. My only negative was the tech. She was very poor at communicating and obviously hated her job. Can't be enjoyable slinging around cups of urine all day but why not at least be civil to the patients?

I just did my DOT physical with Concentra in the staff was wonderful. I was in and out very quickly and the staff was very professional. I’d highly recommend them anytime. Thank you, LeBron.

Horrible service. They lost my bloodwork and urine which caused issues with my start date at my healthcare job. They did not notify me or my employer so that my employer can request another authorization form until it was too late. When I called them, they blamed FedEx for losing my specimens and take no responsibility. So nobody is accountable for my specimens being lost. I found it inappropriate that Concentra takes no responsibility for the loss and blamed it entirely on FedEx. Concentra decided to contract with FedEx so ultimately it’s their responsibility. I have spoken to my employer and they have reconsidered continuing to partner with this irresponsible, unprofessional company.

The Concentra Staff members collectively in Tukwila greeted me by smiling with eye contact which made the environment relaxing which made me think the staff members here are cool as you know, can't say the last word for Professional reasons.The staff there are so cool that if I have to do another drug screening for another company, I would Love to go back to the Tukwila office just to be around people who project and promote Positive Vibes.Thank you so much ?James Hopkins

Upon showing up, there were about 15 people in the waiting room. The check-in process was very chaotic. The other thing that stuck out that everyone in the waiting room was talking about was the amount of staff just standing there talking to each other and not taking care of the patients. I was in there for over an hour waiting for a UA test!

THE ACTUAL WORST. my husband had to go back four different times to get his employment drug test, TB test, and blood testing done. First it was the hours, then it was no tech, then they couldn't find the right order, then he went back to get the reading, thought it was done, and now they've notified him that concentra DID THE WRONG TEST. you've got to be kidding. How do they function as a business?! Is the fifth time a charm?! Three weeks, almost a month of returning to this place over and over bc they can't function as a business.

I get there 4-2-24 front dest people was ok so I get a text to start filling out paperwork for a physical and for employment so I'm doing that so many questions so as I filling that out i get called up to get more paperwork a big stack mind you noe im get called to go in the back to start my physical everything is going fine mind you I'm still filling out paperwork now it's time to do my pee test did that now work the time for blood draw cool that goes good now its time to do my blood pressure so the reading come back high he is doing it manually mind toy i have high blood pressure so he take it a 2nd time about 10 minutes later so my blood pressure went up it was at 150/107 the 2nd time is 170/105 so they say I can't do the lung test / breathing part of physical so he says I need to come back when my blood pressure is lower he said I need to go see the doctor ...so I eie the rest of the physical all went well but I'm still doing paperwork so the same questions I was doing on my phone was the same questions I'm doing on the paperwork that was insane....to make a long story short they need to change the steps HOW ABOUT CHECKING BLOOD PRESSURE BEFORE YOU DRAW BLOOD OF COURSE ITS GONNA BE HIGH YOU TIED MY ARM UP CUTTING OFF MY CIRCULATION AND STICK A NEEDLE ? IN MY ARM FOR ABOUT 7 MINUTES OF COURSE MY BLOOD PRESSURE IS GONNA BE HIGH MIND YOU I ALREADY HAVE HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE AND I TAKE MEDICATION FOR IT AND TO TOP IT OFF YOU DIDNT EVEN TRY TO READ MY OTHER ARM THEY DID IT IN THA SAME SPOT MANUALLY AND THE SAME PERSON DID IT THEY SHOULD OF HAD ANOTHER STAFF MEMBER TO DO IT MAYBE HE DID OR MISREAD IT THAT'S WHAT THEY SHOULD OF DID AND I HOPE THAT MISHAP COST ME FROM GETTING A JOB I ALREADY HAD AND PASSED THE SAME PHYSICAL 8 YEARS IN A ROW THIS PLACE IS THE 1ST TIME I BEEN TO IT SO THATS MY EXPERIENCE I HAD GOING THERE OVERALL IT WAS NOT A BAD EXPERIENCE AND I HOPE THIS MISHAP DIDN'T COST ME MY JOB THIS IS THE WAY I FEED MY FAMILY

Waited two hours for a work physical after scheduling an appointment, weeks ago. Rose the receptionist was very rude and condescending. When I initially approached her, she was confused as to why I had an appointment and "needed" to have her coworker explain to her, how and why I was on the schedule for a physical. Throughout my two-hour wait, someone would have a question or would have an issue filling out the forms that were texted to us and she would get visibly and audibly upset. I'm not sure how screaming and continuing to repeat the same thing as your "answer" to people who do not speak English as a first language helps anyone. Would recommend having your employer send you to another Concentra location.

I went for a pre-employment drug screen.The paperwork provided stated their hours were 9-5. I arrived at 11:40.The receptionist let out a huge, annoyed sigh and told me they close at noon.She was clearly not pleased at my arrival time and acted like she was doing me a favor."Can you provide a sample in that time?"Umm....yeah. Doesn't take long to pee in a cup.There were signs posted on every wall and door stating they don't tolerate aggressive behavior and that employers would be contacted??It didn't feel like a welcoming or professional environment.I will say the lab tech who took my sample was professional and friendly. Just the front end and reception that was off-putting.
