I have visited this branch about 4 times and it has always been a pleasurable experience. So far, all the clerks who have helped me have been nice, knowledgeable, respectful and friendly. I’m thinking that they should training to the clerks on other branches. I rather drive a little farther and experience their excellent customer service, than stay closer to home and have my blood pressure go up for the unpleasant service provided at 512 W Smith St Kent WAI think that the name of the clerk who helped today is Vy? Really bad Customer service, I went there to open an account sat there for 40 minutes to find out that they could not help because they were closing in an hour. The agent should have communicated this before making us wait in the lobby and waste our time .

I've been with this bank for quite a while now and they never fail to amaze me. I love this bank. And these people here at this location are very very helpful. I give them a 5 star and I am 100% satisfied. so far this is the best customer service experience I experienced with any of the Chase Banks. My opinion is Chase better than Bank of America. Thanks for being the best bankers and thanks for being favorite bank.

I attempted to cash a check here. They said they would need to scan my ID. I presented my ID and they told me no scanner was present. Not my fault they are unable to provide service, downvote.

I was treated disrespectfully by an older Asian front desk clerk. All I did was a simple deposit. It was the worst experience I've ever had at a bank. I'm never going back.
