Excellent experience, the store is spacious and well organized, nice size aisles and plenty of light made it feel very welcoming. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly with lots of useful information about everything they sold.

Had the pleasure of shopping at Castle Megastore in Tukwila today. They had a good assortment of lingerie and toys, and the staff was helpful and attentive without hovering over your shoulder the whole time. I was assisted by Jordan today who was super helfpul, knowledge and friendly. Will be back in the future.
