I took my best friend and our kids here to have dinner as we are already staying in the hotel. The restaurant on the main floor called The Landing has the worst customer service in the history of the industry. Before we walked in, I was wondering why the place has only 1 table occupied at 8 PM. As soon as we were approached by the waiter, we kinda figured out why. He doesn't seemed happy that we were there, Told us to sit down wherever we want then walked away. When he came back, we asked for the booster seat for our 9 months old baby but told us it was no good for the table we chose. And so we ask him if we can move to another table that is good for the booster seat but Before I can even finish my sentence he was again walking away. Suddenly, we heard banging behind us and throwing utensils and glasses. Our kids got scared and were confused if they did something wrong to make the man upset. Our kids forgot they were hungry coz they were scared and asked us to leave the place. The waiter was aggressive and scary and definitely did not like us being there. After we left and went back to our room, we called the front desk to check if we can talk to the manager of the restaurant but we were told that the manager was off that day but will see us tomorrow. Tomorrow came and no one talk to us about it. I even asked the front desk when we were checking out but they have no clue. This place is horrible and will never again putting my kids into that situation. It's sickening to think that this big company will tolerate such poor standard of customer service and hired this type of people. This is the never again place to visit!

Staff is rude, hotel is dirty and out dated. Can't charge your phone in room, can't get to plug in's. Food was super gross, we couldn't even finish it. They had two large party's going on. Lots of drunk people wandering around being loud and smoking in the hallway. Staff YELLED at our kids several times. Kids excited about the going to the pool were told to be quiet, it was weird. Theres a huge party going on and the kids were being to loud. Avoid at all costs.

There are many reasons why I put this hotel at 2 stars. First reason: employees, first of all I went to go have dinner downstairs and there was only one server working, so the service was very slow. When he refilled are drinks, he spilled the water every single time. Then there was an incident at the pool. The woman who was restocking the towels had her family over and they were very loud and rude. Her baby was playing with toys and was being extremely loud, yet the family did nothing. Then when told to keep the noise down, they proceeded to talk back in a very angrily way. This is only half of the review. First of all we had two phones in our room and only one worked, also the room service was slow. The food was burnt and came out super late. The conditioner was not filled and one of my pillows had a stain. The bathroom sink also leaked every time it was used and when called to fix, nobody came. I have stayed at this hotel for many years but it my stay was NEVER like this. Overall I don't think I would like to stay here again.

Room smelled musky and water pressure was poor. At our recent conference with over 160 attendees numerous cars were broken into and a lot of damage was done. One participant even had their catalytic converter taken off their vehicle and they had to find some alternative way home to Moses Lake. The hotels response to our question regarding security or video surveillance was, "sorry, we don't have any of that here." What, Why? This is a busy area many businesses use for their conference rooms and participants spend the night at. They should be making enough profit to afford cameras.

Located about 3 miles from the airport, it's a 10 minute drive away. The hotel has a small lobby but a large seating area for lounging or dining. The area also includes a full service bar and restaurant. It's an atrium style design so you can see each floor and rooms from inside the hotel. This locations provided suites. All the standard room amenities were included. Though a nice size crowd, it was very little noise. The hotel also has a pool, gym, Starbucks, business center and warm cookies upon check-in. Shuttles vans are available also to and from the airport. Great spot for the price point.

The hotel is completely dated. We were on the top floor (8) and heard road noise clearly. They need to renovate and add more window panels to drown that noise. The carpet had water spots, the furniture had dirt spots...just needs to be refurbished. One elevator was broken during our stay. The mattress was comfy though.

Great staff, 24 hour airport shuttle service, AND you get free delicious choc chip cookies. The rooms are a bit outdated but are clean. The location is phenomenal as it's close to so many shops and restaurants. Great spot for a quick stay!

Will not be staying at a Double Tree ever again. This is NOT a Hilton experience, by any means. To start off our stay, the front desk person was very rude. The room was in a far off building that had dirty, worn carpeting and very dirty windows with many thick spider webs on the outside. The nightstand lamp was coated in dust and the click on the nightstand was coated in dust. Asked the housekeeper in the hallway for an extra towel. She said to take one from the cart behind me. When I did so, a different housekeeper came running at me and scolded me saying the cart was "hers" and I can't take things. I told her the other lady said that I should take one from the cart, which she confirmed, and then she proceeded to ask if I needed anything else (no apology for snapping at me or raising her voice). Very disappointing, to say the least.

This place was a disappointment overall. I usually really like Double Tree Hotels by Hilton, but this one was not very good overall. First as always, the positives. 1.) Comfortable bed 2.) Spacious room 3.) Clean room 4.) Lots of plug ins, ports and modern fixtures 5.) Very friendly staff 6.) The cookies are soooo good. (And free) The negatives. 1.) In room coffee is a joke. And the only hotel coffee is at a Starbucks in the lobby. I really hate when there isn't a coffee station for guests in the lobby. 2.) Tiny water bottles for $2.50 each that Hilton usually gives reward members for free. 3.) Breakfast is not free and it is insanely pricey for an in house restaurant. 4.) Weird bathroom sink layout with vanity located in hallway. 5.) Broken door between bedroom and sitting area 6.) "$16" parking that ended up being $22.02 with all the fees and taxes. 7.) Entryway was dated and dirty. Nasty tables with garbage on them. 8.) The indoor corridor setup was very dated and felt almost prison like.

Ann is the funniest, sweetest and most pleasant person to encounter. My flight was cancelled and was given a voucher to stay here, and I am glad I was. Steve was very helpful and informative as well and im honestly very happy that this is where I was given the voucher to stay at. Will definitely be coming back here for my annual Seattle stay next year! Restaurant was good and I'm sad I didn't get the bartenders name but whoever was working on July 13th at 10pm, you were the best!, and the icing to the cake at this hotel. Cannot wait to be back :)

Conveniently situated near the airport with a free shuttle. Large mall across the street with lots of food choices, especially Asian. Room had a spacious separate living room with a comfortable sofa bed. We included hot breakfast, which was decent with a waffle iron and a special shout out to servers Sonia and Linh who were so kind and helpful on our 10 day stay. Staff in general were polite and responsive. Cons: Pull out sofa bed wasn't cleaned from previous guest, had to dust some crumbs, no washer/dryer on site, was hoping to enjoy the Tukwila Pond thru the access gate, but remnants of homeless made it unsafe.

Plssss do not stay here. Rude staff, the rooms are musty and gross. You know the feeling when you can just tell nothing has been thoroughly cleaned in a while? You get this feeling here. And to top it off, beds are uncomfortable and breakfast starts at $21 a person... for eggs! Guarantee the close proximity to the airport is just not worth it.

Stayed at hotel for a recent sorority convention. The staff was extremely nice, specifically Devvie, Steve, John, Cassie, Vivian, and Ana - very, very helpful and courteous. The Front Desk, Restaurant/Bar, and Housekeeping Staff were very professional and thoughtful. The Breakfast was fire! Thank you, everyone, for making the stay and our convention great!

Good cheap place to stay if you need to be near SeaTac. They have a decent gym w heated pool and enough weights, space and machines for a good workout. Rooms are spacious and quiet. Bummer that you need to pay 16 bucks for parking. They do have a free shuttle which i

The hotel itself was below average, I was expecting more based on the DoubleTree name and price. The hotel was clean and quiet, and it was nice to have free cookies at check-in, of course. On the other hand, the service was lacking. We used their Park and Fly while we went on a quick holiday trip. Unfortunately, while we were parked right in front of the hotel (under a light in the first row), our catalytic converter was stolen. We learned this late at night, and the service was not very empathetic. They offered us no assistance outside of a bottle of water and some extra cookies, but did remind me that the parking lot is "at your own risk". Please be mindful of this should you decide to do the same.
