Absolute great friendly service from all the staff members. The store is well laid out and flows nicely. I had the privilege of purchasing a nice Stetson hat and a brand new pair of Danner boots from this location.The boots itself are my third pair from Danner. My first lasted me almost 10 years and all I had to pay for was resoling and polish.Looking forward to continuing my boot barn, shopping relationship for years to come ?

Went in here and was trying to find my size in some Thourogoods. 14EE, they didn't have that size in any of their boots. Which is pretty normal. I've got a big size. When I asked if they could check their inventory, they said they don't have any way of looking up what they have in stock. Bold face lie. How else are they going to place an order? But whatever.I asked if they could check another location, they said that their system won't allow that.(Thought you didn't have a system) oh well again. Asked if they can order my size into the store. I was told to just go to the Fife location, they have more "working class" inventory.

Drove an hour out to come to this store and spend $380 dollars here. I didn’t get the customer service I was hoping for. When I would explain what I was looking for I was always suggested the opposite. Sadly the store is quite limited in pants for women, especially if you wanted to be creative. They only seemed to have the traditional wear which is fine and great for most people but I wanted something more. I had three people “help” me but they seemed clueless on what I wanted even after explaining it to them. Naylie I think her name was seemed to be the only one who knew what she was talking about and actually helped me proper but I unfortunately came in when she was about to go to lunch. I think I’ll shop online in the future since there’s more variety but I needed a pair of boots and pants today.

People are welcoming and friendly, but you have to be every EVERY carful when buy from this location. Remember this is a business and they want money ( obviously ) so they aren't going to tell you about what you can and can not return back.Hats apparently can't be worn in the rain and boot can't be worn, so just stay clear from this place.

I was surprised to find a Boot Barn in the Seattle area. The store was very clean and orderly. The staff where friendly and didn't pressure me. I chose to purchase a new Stetson and was provided the protective box and a feather for the band. Great store. ?

I'm from Texas, so we have lots of boot stores. I was actually very impressed with the selection here of boots as well as jeans, shirts, and hats.

Came in knowing exactly what I wanted, told the staff. They were very rude and condensing. I asked if I could at least see what I'm asking for. The man literally huffed. I won't be back. I'll order online.

After my experience yesterday, this store does not deserve one star. Phenomenal selection, great and friendly service. Clean. Organized. Knowledgeable staff that made sure I purchased the right size given some brands run small. Came here needing boots for a wedding, left with amazing boots, jewelry and handbag that I received multiple compliments on throughout that wedding. I'll definitely be back!

They won’t let me return these boots that are small for me because of a small piece of dirt on the bottom. Literally just walked around my house in them and they are saying they’re extremely worn out. Do not buy from this place.

It is so hard as a women to find stores that stock womens work boots. Boot Barn, you can do better than 1 small shelf with women's work boots that only have a few different options. We shouldn't have to order boots online having no idea if we will fit them right or find them comfortable. Do better for us ladies working in outdoor/labor fields.

Wouldn't let me exchange my boots because I wore them in my garage and they have a small tiny spot on the bottom. I have owned them for less then 12 hours. They were not worn outside. Absolutely ridiculous. I'm calling corporate and not letting this go. As a first responder this is absolutely awful to treat customers this way especially for such a large purchase.
