Yeah, okay…. I know it’s simply the dynamics of retail these days, but seriously seriously the staff at this location has got to be trained. They don’t know how to look at their inventory on their digital devices…. I came in for a external hard drive, which the website says is in stock. The girl who is helping me said she thinks they’re in stock. She went to the back room after waiting outside the door for a half an hour I decided to leave and I went up front and she was working the cashier position. I asked her what happened? She said oh shoot I’m so sorry. I forgot about you…. I said yeah OK well I’ve been waiting in the back corner for you for the last 30 minutes. Did you ever find the hard drives and she said and I quote oh shoot I forgot to look. Unbelievable!!!

The website indicated stock on one of each usb-c and iPhone to 3.5mm audio cables, but finding someone in the store who knew where to find them was an event unto itself. Eventually, I found what I was looking for, and I informed one store employee who gleefully added it to their storehouse of BestBuy stocking information. BestBuy needs to model after Home Depot for aisle/bin locations.

There are a few really good employees that talk to you and it makes the world of a difference when making a purchase.

I came here for curbside pickup of a TV and followed the check-in instructions. After waiting for twenty minutes without any updates, I decided to go inside to inquire about my order. It was only then that the front desk realized I had been waiting and called someone to check on the curbside orders. The lack of communication and delay made what should have been a convenient service quite frustrating. This experience was a poor attempt at providing convenience to customers.

Employees get mad at you when they have to do their job. Just asking a simple question for example, "do you have this ipad in stock?" will make them frustrated and rude to you for some reason.

I live in Illinois and I constantly visit several states and for work reasons I visit best buy stores in many places and the service at best buy in Seattle is disappointing, the employees are dedicated to socializing and are not attentive to customers, In a period of six weeks I went 6 times and only bought on three occasions because there was no one to go to because the employees were distracted by other things, even flirting with the security guy who had an unfriendly face and who, far from attracting customers, looked like If one were a criminal, the attention would be disappointing.
