Ulta's in general are garbage. LA and Seattle seem to have that in common at least. The people who work for the shitty company offer no help or customer service. At this location the "lead" was too busy trying to look the part than offering any assistance. I don't know why I even bother shopping at Ulta.

Not one person asked if I needed help. At least 4 employees standing around talking. 2 checkers ... people in line... 20 min to check out. Still employees just standing around talking to each other! Bad customer service. I will buy elsewhere . Will never go back.

Was profiled and followed around the store and the associate kept peeking around fixtures while I waited in line to pay. She refused to help another guest who came up to her and said she was helping someone and looked at me and asked again if I needed help. She then went to the gentleman who cashed me out and they watched me outside the windows. Extremely uncomfortable, only came in for a lip liner. I'll be shopping from brands directly now so I don't support this location. Train your people better, not every person who walks in is a thief. My time in the store was 3/22 at 645pm if management cares to look i to it I will provide HER name.

If I could give this store a -10 O would! WORST customer service ever! at the Westwood Village location in Seattle..And customer service # just as bad! I will never shop here again!

The other day I went in for make up and a nice person helped me. She kept asking me if I needed help which was fine. I finally did have a question and as we were talking I realized she sounded really congested like she had a cold. It was so unprofessional to be working and in people's face while sick but even more unprofessional not to be wearing a MASK! Management needs to do better.

My review is specifically for the salon. I walked in and the sales manager was super helpful in helping me book a blowout at the salon since I was having trouble online. I show up to my appointment and the stylist told me I booked the wrong service because my hair wasn't "normal." I have curly hair. She booked me for a "texture set" and told me it would be $80+. I really needed my hair done so I didn't object. I didn't receive the services listed under the texture set and was charged $80+ dollars for a blowout. It was not silky and she barely ran a flat iron thru my hair. I was nervous to use this salon for hair services and I was proven right. I then read the booklet of services and they proudly state they never charge more for texture or length. I'm disappointed, won't return to the salon and do not recommend those who don't have "normal" hair spend their money there.

Okay, I had a pretty insane experience at a different salon where the hair stylist put foils in my hair and then never came back, so i needed emergency hair help, and RIA came to the rescue. She did an amazing job helping me salvage the highlights. She was AWESOME. Couldn't recommend her enough

Today, I had the pleasure of meeting Jack, who was my esthetician with Benefit Cosmetics that I had an eyebrow tint and shape appointment with. He was genuinely amazing and a true professional with his artistry in knowing how to properly shape the brow for each individual’s facial structure. I am not typically someone who trusts just anyone to wax my eyebrows in the way I want, even if that means they aren’t the most kept up, but he did them flawlessly. I am so happy with the results and look forward to working with him again in the future. He’s the real deal!Thank you for your wonderful service today, Jack!

I get my brows tinted at the Benefit Brow Bar by Jack and they always turn out sooo good! I love how it makes it easier to do my makeup every day when my brows are already filled in! There’s so many color options to choose from so he can customize the shade you want!

OMG!!!! Mia A. in the salon is sooo sweet! I didn't care that she wasn't a Master Stylist like some do. I just needed an appointment, and she was available. She is sooo sweet, kind, and she cut my hair like no other. My hair is ethnic and has curls, some frizz and is thick. I am a swimmer and I thought I ruined my hair from just ripping my one or two braids while taking my cap off and not properly detangeling my hair after washing it 2x or more a week. I told Mia if possible no more than an inch off and behold. She deep conditioned my hair with two treatments, clarified it and I can't believe how soft it was. Plus she didn't cut more than I asked her to. I use to get my hair straightened once a week at a salon that closed down during covid for years. Yet, about 9 months ago I took up swimming. So I don't really know how to take care of my natural hair, then to top it off with the chlorine from the pool (even with a cap) so Mia showed me a couple of products and was able to see me last minute since my prior appointment at Ulta in Renton cancelled on me at the very last minute. Also I didn't have to pre-wash my hair like I did for my Renton Appt at Ulta (honestly if you're paying $ you shouldn't have to do that anyways). Honestly, if you tell Mia what you want or dont want, she will deliver!!!! Thank you Mia :)

my daughter just bought a small size perfume to test it out (among several other items), as there was no tester available. I chose email receipt at checkout. On the way out, she found a tester for the perfume she bought and didn't like it. We immediately got back in line to return the perfume. I was told I had to come back later to return it, as it wasn't in their system. It's 30 minutes later and I still have no email receipt. I should not have to come back later to make the return because of their poor logistics. I will not shop here again.
