Terrible customer service, I waited 15-20 minutes to find out if they had any Rolex watches available …the answer was no and she laughed. I told her I’ve been waiting a while and it wasn’t funny to me that it was a joke! We have been customers here previously and there is nothing further keeping us from going else where.

In my opinion, the cornerstone of a successful business relationship with a jeweler is unequivocally trust and transparency. Unfortunately, my experience with Ben Bridge has left me questioning both of these essential qualities. The sales staff has consistently demonstrated a lack of honesty in their communication with customers, resorting to 'little white lies' to save face rather than providing straightforward answers. This has made it incredibly challenging to establish trust and feel confident in the transparency of Ben Bridge's business practices. When making significant investments in fine jewelry and watches, it is crucial to have faith in the integrity and reliability of the company and its representatives. Sadly, my experience has fallen short of this standard, leaving me hesitant to recommend Ben Bridge to others seeking a trustworthy and transparent jeweler.

I would like to take the time to share my experience with Ben Bridge in Southcenter Mall. First, I would like to thank Nina for her excellent customer service and her knowledge regarding Rolex watches. She helped me understand the various models and after about an hour of chatting, I decided that the GMT Master II was the right watch for me. She took my contact information and told but that the wait time would be very long. After months of waiting, she gave me a call and told me that my watch has arrived! I was running into issues with my credit card (security verification), but Nina was patient and understanding. When I arrived at the store, my watch was boxed up with the certificate filled out and a copy of the receipt. I highly recommend Ben Bridge in Southcenter and especially Nina!
