I don't recommend this place I make a appointment to fix my phone the insurance the my phone said are aproved but the store Said can't aproved and they try to cancel the claim but said can't to do the too bad experience with this store spend a lot time never give me a solution

This is my second time buying a Duracell car battery from Batteries+. The service is top-notch. I purchased the battery on their website for a discount and made an appointment for free installation the next day at a time of my choosing. The battery was installed within 15 minutes of my arrival at the Tukwila store.

a associate with red hair needs to be trained on how to treat customers. I came into the store, found what i needed then was approached by her standing right next to me, she asked if i needed help finding anything i said no i found the right one just looking at the options. once i stood up she snatched the batteries from my hand no oh i can take that upfront for you or anything just grabbed it straight from my hands and i dont know about other people but i dont appreciate having something snatched from my hands by some little girl with a attitude.This was around 4 pm so its not like they were closing soon. Super disprespectful and not any way tro keep buisness if this occurs again i will be speaking to a manager and the next time she attempts to snatch something from me i will be snathcing it right back.

"Special Pricing" on APC Battery Backup Batteries comes with the cost of them NOT being the official replacement batteries. This means you will Jerry Rig the batteries to fit your unit, and potentially harm the unit.Aside from this fact, you can buy bulk batteries OF ALL KINDS here, including lithium ion. Which can mean significant savings if you go through lots of batteries.

I bought a couple packs of "solar power" rechargeable batteries or at least that is what I asked for. When I read the package it didn't say they were for solar but the employee said they are. So I trusted the employee. I installled them into my yard lights they worked for a few days then went out again. When I called to let them know I was told I can't return or exchange since I used them. Guess I should of ordered through Amazon instead but I try to shop local in person.
