Yesterday (Dec26) I went to get my prescription at the pharmacy and they told me to wait an hour, about my an hour and a half I went back to get my medicine. One of the employees at the pharmacy got frustrated at me saying they have nothing to give me and started yelling at me though I just wanted to get my prescription, she was being really disrespectful and putting me in an embarrassing position. She rudely asked who did you give your prescription to with a high mean tone, obviously since they wear masks I can’t seem to remember at the spot. Also, why asked me when she can ask the other worker there. It was around 11 in the morning when this happened. There was two worker there and it was the girl without the glasses that was being so unreasonably rude.

I am lazy person to writing… my job is customer service too.. So I can understand some clients are picky person …they will not happy If you don’t do well what they want.But today I need to write here about pharmacy service in Bartell Drugs in Tukwila. That’s horrible service I see.Around Sept, I came to pick my son up refill medicine. I asked the girl. Do you accept flu shot walking. She said yes . Pharmacy opened from 8Am to 8Pm. And nicely gave me the paper to fill outAround the end September I came at 6h35 afternoon with paper on hand .The girl told me .. we don’t accept walking after 6h30…ok I understood and go homeCouple days later I came 5h45Pm with paper .. and the guy asked some ladies inside and told me .. now October we close at 6Pm.. we couldn’t take you in .. You can come tomorrow at 8Am in the morning.Ok go home again .. next morning I came again at 8Am and wait .. pharmacy still not open until 8:07 Am . Ok I understand sometimes we are late…Girl opened the door and told me I don’t accept flu shot vaccine after 01 hour later we open .. not make sense.I told her I came here 03 times alreadyYesterday told me came here tomorrow morning at 8.She said I don’t know .. never say . I am sorry …. Something like thatDisappointed. 03 times already still can’t get flu shot …Afternoon on that day I decided go 2h30 .. I make sure .. no reason .. they say no again. .I came and see the guy .. he asks some ladies inside again … and answer me . Now we are busy .. we don’t take walking … while i saw many ladies inside counter and only 02 men clients sit on the chair waiting something. Nobody get line .. they can give me some minutes to get flu shot. And i told her i came here 04 times already… they only say we are busy now .. no walking… I felt so angry and tear the paper on my hand ..that’s bad service I see when I lived here almost 20 years .. all they have knowledge person.. all they graduated from schoolIf you don’t take walking from what time to what time .. you can write paper at front.. nobody complains you.Yesterday I came Safeway only more than 5 minutes.. I done .. fast and professional service

I have always had good experiences at Bartells. Been trying to get my flu and updated covid shot for past couple weeks from other pharmacies around me and after CVS cancelled both separate appointments and others could schedule anything until like a month away almost, I tried Bartell. Was able to make an appointment to get both jabs done at same time for 2 days later at the Tukwila WA store. The pharmacist was so nice, professional but nice despite the walk-in people waiting for jabs giving her grief about their wait time. She is completely booked today until 8p - if you walk-in please be kind and patient..not all pharmacies offer walk ins! Give the staff a break!

The pharmacist hung up on me while I was asking valid questions about my prescription and interrupted me the entire time so I'm not sure she even heard my question. Not sure who is working here but it doesn't seem like it's professional, licensed pharmacists. If I have a prescription sent here, I should be able to ask questions about it legally.

Went in to grab a drink around 6 or 7 on 03/19/23 since the liquor store next to it has closed. Picked up a wine bottle and paid for it not knowing the hard liquor were by the register. Wanted to exchange the wine bottle with a liquor bottle and were told by the staff that she would need to ask for the manager first since any alcohol drinks cannot be returned or exchanged after a purchase. I was not informed of that policy during the transaction. The manager told the staff cashier it was okay as long as a customer has not left the store but the staff cashier proceed to act aggressively to ward me and my friend saying there is not a return or exchange allowed for liquor. Yes, I got my exchange but it was not worth the unpleasant encounter I had to endure. Staffs need to be trained better and steer clear of this store in the future.

Yesterday I went to the Tukwila Int Blvd branch of Bartell's to get a passport photo taken, because they have a billboard sign facing highway 99 that advertises "passport photos $12.99." But when I got inside the store the whole photo studio section was abandoned and unmanned. Besides the pharmacy in the back, the one employee on duty in the whole store was at the front cashier check out. When I told him that I needed passport photos taken, he immediately said it was impossible for them to provide that service because their printer was broken, as if it had already been broken for a long time, or maybe this was his standard excuse. They should take the sign down and stop advertieing services that they don't have or can't provide.

The store is pretty good. I like their products and the quick photo services. However, the pharmacy staff sucks. They are rude and unhelpful every time I have been there. When they told me that I had no more refills, they told me that I must call my doctor and ask for a refill! That's not my job. That's their job!! Every other pharmacy will contact the doctor for you. Take your prescriptions somewhere else. Don't waste your time at this pharmacy!

I was picking up a prescription for my daughter who was very sick at home, as I waited in line I hear the pharmacist use profanity towards another customer. The pharmacist yell at the customer and use the F word and a few other choice words. The other customer after being cussed at spoke a littler louder at the employee telling her she was wrong for shouting that and she was going to complain.I saw another red vest employee come over to the customer who was cussed at and walk her away. I picked up my prescription and heard the employees in the pharmacy comforting the pharmacist telling her she wouldn't get in trouble that they would all say the same story. I mentioned to the cashier I heard it all and I was going to report it to the manager and let them know the pharmacist was in the wrong not that customer. She scuffed at me and said you didn't hear the whole thing, I stated yes I had I walked in the store at the same time as that lady and was standing there when she was asking for help. She told me to stop arguing or I could be kicked out also, that is when I realized they made that lady leave the store. I picked up my items and left, when I went outside I saw the lady who was mistreat outside, I told her I would be a witness if she needed and we exchanged emails. She was calling the corporate number and asked I do the same. I said I would be willing to write a review and statement to the corporate but I would not be shopping that store again. I couldn't believe the way the staff could lie and treat the customers. This company lost all of my trust. just because the lady asked a question about her insurance being charged. I felt so bad for her she was so upset in the parking lot, she said she worked retail for over 30 years, loss prevention and management and could never think to treat a person in the manner the store did. I don't know if the main office did anything to help this person because they never contacted me but as I said I will never go back or be a customer. I would rather go to the Walgreens in the parking lot.

Dec 1st I came in to buy some items employee ringing me up refused to place the items I was paying for in the counter until the payment went through. He placed my items in a bag and held with both his hands behind him like I was going to runaway with it. I asked him to place the items in the counter while I pay for it employee named Johanas refused. Manager named Marck refused to address the situation and said if I don’t leave the police will be called. Bad experience.
