Avoid this location!!!It’s a giant lobby with offices but nobody available and there’s no system for checking in / who’s next.The tellers are hidden in the corner with confusing Business Banking signage everywhere and they’re short staffed (of course).Absolutely Terrible layout, but the way BofA is going they’ll shut this location down too.I can’t wait for DeFi to make $BAC irrelevant!!!

Rude staff, was visiting Washington from out of state and had to deposit some cash. Never I have ever I this kind of an experience where at any other Bank of America! Worst experience ever.

I went in there to open an account and was told at 4 pm it was too late and was asked to come back. I returned weeks later and at 3 pm was told the same thing by the same person. The first time, I was aware that he was just being unhelpful and not prioritizing my patronage but the second time I was affirmed in it.I had to give him slight push back to be helped so he went to the bank worker who was open. When I left, I wasn’t given my account number when that is the main way to access help through customer service.Now, I have to return for that. Just one of the ways I notice that they were not helpful.Idk, how some establishments become so high in their minds or titles that they obviously cherry pick who they will help and who they won’t but I have never had my intelligence insulted by a bank until now. It was tacky, honestly.USE ANOTHER BANK!

What a great ATM serving the south center area. Very easy and convenient drive through. Drive up. Insert bank card. Get money from your account. It’s that simple.

Very Poor service. I ask to open bank account they don't want to help me. Very lazy staff. This is my 3rd time to visit this place nothing change. Be carful guys don't wast time.

Very poor customer service, please I would advise anyone to go next door to chase if you actually wanted to be treated fair. I feel bad for my parents because they still conduct business with them. The lady who works as manager Brenda has an attitude problem. Most of them do. God bless them.

Manager and banker are not professional enough. Look like manager didn’t train bank tellers enough information for some simple tasks. Tellers sent us to bankers then bankers ask us to go talk to tellers again?

First, entire team was AMAZING. Needed new account and a notary. Made 11:30am appt, such a great idea to make appt online, so easy. LINH TRAN was my savior, from new account details to BEING a notary. Kind, offered to reimburse cost of printing notary doc if I couldn’t “rewrite” while with them. Was able to, emailed to her, she notarized. Perfect experience. I cannot say enough. Best bank experience of my life & I’m over 50!!!

BAD customer service! The guy in front must really not like his job too much with an attitude when answering a simple question. Called and they never answer their phone. Time to switch bank.

Worst customer service in banking. Tellers are always short staff especially at the beginning of the month. Why would they allow 2 merchants services (business transactions) at the same time in the teller counter -taking up time counting cash, especially with only 2 tellers working?? I've been banking for the last 20 years. You assess the issues, then delegate to fix the problem. But my main issue is with Brenda the gal upfront (first person of contact, when you walk in), I asked her to do a deposit, a cashless transaction, she hands me a deposit slip and tells me to stand in line. I understand if there was a lot of people needing her assistance, however, she wasn't helping anyone at the time. She could of made a quick deposit and helped the with flow of the teller line, but instead she refused to and with an attitude, As if I was a burden to her workplace. This place is upsetting to go to. I would not conduct business at this location ever.
