Last year I got the HushMat sound deadening installed for the entire interior of my Camaro ZL1. I had a lot of buzzing, rattling, squeaking, etc after installing my exhaust which drove me crazy. Joe was incredibly helpful and informative. The sound deadening helped a lot and they stand by their work. Great customer service.

Auto Trim installed my window tint 3 years ago. I've just been back to have them install tint in my second limo, and both installs have been excellent. No bubbles, scratches, or blemishes. I'll be back next time I need tint.

Took my suv in to get the sun roof repaired. At first he’s ask is that factory or after market. I said factory because I bought it from the dealer the way it is. He said we can’t fix factory, then I go well I’m not sure. Then he goes and looks at it and says it’s after market, I’m in luck. He says it’s $249 to check and see what’s wrong with it. Generally you can get it fixed between $300 & $500. Wich is what I’m expecting. Comes back says it’s wired bad whoever installed it connected it to the dvd player. We are going to separate the power for you. It’s $169 for a new module. I said ok. I’m there from 12:30-4:430. He comes back we installed the new module turns out there was nothing wrong with the old one but we are gonna let you have it and just keep your old one. Then proceeds to tell me the brackets to lift the sunroof up and down are broken. It’s gonna be $999.00 to fix it. I found a place to fix it for $549.00. You know that feeling everyone fears when needing something on the car fixed that they will bump the price or act like they are doing way more than they are actually doing. That’s this place, $275 to wait 4 hrs to be told we need $1000 to fix sunroof brackets. People get brand new power sunroof’s installed for less than that. Oh half of the $275 would have went towards the cost to fix it lol.

I had the windows on my 2015 Wrangler done. Joe was amazing getting me set up with a time frame that worked for me. Got in early and got the formalities taken care of. About an hour later, windows were done. My last vehicle was tinted at another place. It ended up with bubbles and a little streaking. Nothing major, but, I could see it. It's been a year now and I've had ZERO issues. No fading or peeling. No bubbles. The Jeep looks better and stays cooler. All around great job. All that and the cost was reasonable!! Thank you Joe and Auto Trim Designs.

Terrible service and the way they treat customers. The car after installation of nav system went wheezing as you push accelerator and they didn't even tell me this was a 'common issue' neither they take the car for test drive. I ended up paying over $500 for Uber to go back and forth for them to fix their mistakes, loosing 2 days and driven in hell of an annoying sound inside my car. I would never recommend this business to anyone and certainly will never come there again.

I needed to get a headliner replaced in my truck. I came in for measurements and they scheduled me for the next business day. The work was quick and the installation was great. This is a very professional operation. If you want the best, go to Auto Trim Design.

Auto Trim Design in Tukwila did great work. I was recommended to them for body seam leak source identification when it was determined not an auto glass seal leak of back window. They found the source of the body seam leak on my truck, fixed it and performed retesting to ensure water was not flowing in. They listened, were able to get me in quickly and solve the leak.
