Very happy with the service here. The lady's were very helpful and giving the info I need to know to send boxes for my first time to the Philippines.I also called the customer service line three different times and it was fast service, they answered every question I had!There some comments that complain shipping to long, your paying less them 80 dollers to ship a big box!I am a local mailman, can tell you these people are topnotch!Will be using them again in the future!

I've used them probably 20 times in over ten years, all my packages arrived and in one piece. Yes the office is slow, I never used the pick up service. These complaints that the box takes over 2 months to get there are clueless, send it FedEx for $500 then.

it was my first time sending a box with atlas and it was really smooth from the purchasing of boxes to the delivery. I bought the boxes from their branch and it came with two junior boxes that are free when it comes to shipping. Then I dropped of the box Sept 27 2022 before their cut off date. Once I did that I tracked it on the AXP Mobile app and it was already loaded in the container on October 9. Then it arrived in Manila November 15 and was delivered to my family November 25. Overall I’m happy with their service since when I call for updates they are open 24/7 and they were able to accomodate my questions without any hesitation! Will definitely use their service again :>

Atlas deserves my appreciation 100%... I have been sending soo many boxes (around 20) in a year and every single Macho box got delivered safely...I'm happy ? of course! lost and damaged shipment is no fun! I know how it feels as I had a bad experience w/ other shipping company...Thank You so much Atlas for taking care of our shipments so well...5stars from pick up to delivery...sometimes, yes it gets delayed somewhere but tracking is always updated w/ a good explanation why...I understand that sometimes it's out of your control like connecting vessel issue and so on...the most delay I've experienced is 3 weeks but that's OK to me...as long as it's well explained??

WORST shipping experience ever. Dropped off my box on Dec. 21. My tracking code says it wasn't loaded into the container until Jan. 4 and did not even depart the origin facility until Jan. 18.When I checked my tracking code again in February, the shipment date was updated to March 8, over three months later than the estimate and double the time that customers are told their boxes would arrive. NO STATUS UPDATE PROVIDED BY ATLAS.I received the first call from Atlas today, only to tell me that they revised my ETA to April 5, over four months since drop-off. Only reason they gave is that the "shipment lane is congested" (and omitted the fact that it's still "in California" until I called). No, my box has not even left the States yet.Why update the customer only two days prior to the revised ETA? Most of the food and goods in my package will be expired by the time they arrive to my family.On top of this, Atlas REFUSES to give me even a partial refund. I understand delays due to the pandemic, but the lack of communication and consolation is a TERRIBLE customer experience and policy that they refuse to improve.HORRIBLE SERVICE. Never using Atlas ever again, and you should not waste your time or money with Atlas, either. If I were you, I'd go with another vendor.

My complain is how they treat customer privacy. Customer information are all written in a piece of paper. They should have returned the paper after they entered the info into their computer system. Modern technology allows them to be scanned without keeping them. Also the boxes are not well taken care of and took very long to be delivered (almost than 3 months) even though it is just in Metro Manila.

Three times they didn’t show up on scheduled pick up day at my house. Their Excuses were it’s raining hard, truck broke or driver is sick. Wont even notify us in advance or at least let you know on day of, I always had to find out late at the end of the day when I had to call them myself wondering why they haven’t showed up. Very disrespectful of customer’s schedule who make sure they’re available that day when they come pick up.

I ask the the guy if he could give me lift down the box I suppose to ship didn't get the name. He reply they are not suppose to help costumer if it is drop off. It's company policy he said.it happen this day at 3:00 pm at Tukwila Wa

They have consistently delivered my box on time . They handled the box well , nothing is broken inside .I would give them 10 stars instead of 5 because of their good customers service not only here in Seattle but also in the Philippines. I have been their customer for more than 15 years and and very happy with their service or business.

Very poor customer service at their branch in tukwila, also there’s weight limit on boxes & shipping takes too long. If there is zero star option, i rate them for it instead.
