This was supposed to be cancelled several yrs ago and evendently the Asurion Company never cancelled it and for these several yrs have been taking $33.02 off of my credit card. It is now being turned over to the Federal Agent in charge for fraud.

The store and the tech were great. The experience with Asurion was a nightmare. The manager Fox and other techs were all actually good at following up where they could be expected to. They also didn't have the tools to help with the insurance side. They had the parts and honestly thought it was going to be 2 hours and not 60 from start to finish.
Asurion took a 2 hour screen repair and first by having the only look up being my phone number which had been recorded in the account with an incorrect number, that the first 2 reps didn't even attempt to fix. I got the claim to the store after making an appointment with a rep. That claim botched and I had to call in. They canceled it but didn't say that was what they were doing and said they were fixing it. That was Friday. I had 2 events on Friday and Saturday that I wanted my phone for. It wasn't ready until I called on Monday and had to pay a second copayment and drive to my phone which I had taken to a store in Seattle because I was performing there but since it was after I left for the weekend I had to make an additional hour long drive pay an additional toll and buy another 1/2 tank of gas. I won't actively recommend people due business with Asurion but you have a monopoly on the cell phone insurance market so we have no choice

They were very up front, communicative, and honest. The repair took exactly as long as they quoted, and they contacted my phone's manufacturer for me to get the repair billed under warranty. Great service!

uBreakiFix is Very easy to work with. They explain everything in terms for anyone to understand. They are patient and tell You the facts - good or bad. No candy coatings. The fee I was quoted over the phone was exactly what I was charged. Trustworthy and finished the repair/data transfer in good time. I would recommend uBreakiFix near Southcenter in Tukwila, for your 1st search.

Of all days to wake up with my iPhone 14 Pro Max having the white screen of death, it had to be on the day where I had a *can’t miss* cross country flight in five hours. After immense moments of panic and many phone calls to Apple and Verizon, I finally settled on Visiting my local Asurion store. I had insurance for screen repair through Verizon, and this seemed like the best option. I will admit, the process was definitely not painless. It took multiple calls to the customer care department to get my claim approved and sent to the right spot. But these guys absolutely earned their five star review at this location. Ruben and Eirn were the most patient, knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional tech service individuals that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. They understood the urgency of my need and helped me find the quickest ways to get the information and approval I needed to finish the repair. I’m man enough to admit that I was about 10 minutes away from having a full mental breakdown, but these guys saved the day and in the end did my actual full screen replacement in (no joke) seven minutes flat. Color me impressed! This is the only place I will be bringing any future tech repair needs. They have earned my business for life and I cannot recommend them highly enough!
