I have had my car window smashed twice now and and I am happy to recommend Angel's Autoglass Replacement every time! They are incredibly professional, punctual, friendly and will come to you so there is no need to leave the comfort of your home with no window. I called a different company initially and they were kinda rude to me and didn't give me and information or anything, just told me it would be 800 dollars to fix my windshield. I got mad at the rudeness and decided to call Angel's instead and he was very very polite and very nice and answered all the questions I had. Did a fabulous job on my windshield and even came to my house to fix it. It was less than 800 dollars by the way. So well worth. The professionalism is definitely appreciated. My car is pretty clean already but he even went the extra to clean it out a little for me.Service: Auto windshield repair

Someone shattered my window right in front of my apartment & after calling so many places & them telling me it would take a couple weeks to come out & one place bringing the wrong glass. I finally called angels auto glass he scheduled me within the week. He came out today & repaired my window & vacuumed the glass inside the door & even repaired the trim that was loose around the window. The window looks like nothing even happened, he did an amazing job!! Hopefully I don’t need the service again but if I do, I know who to call! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, I am very satisfied with the work he did!Services: Auto side window replacement

Do yourself a favor and connect with Angels Autoglass! Today, I had my windshield replaced by Oscar. I was referred by a car dealership and compared prices with other companies and Angels Autoglass was the best in price comparison.Oscar was friendly, knowledgeable and quick to respond to my inquiries. Oscar helped me get the driver's side window replaced in my older Pilot. The local dealer could not give me an estimate as to when the glass would be available. Oscar found what I needed and cost at least two-thirds less than the price the dealer quoted me. He walked me through the work to get the window back in place and spent extra time figuring out the control box that seemingly quit on me. His extra time got things to 100% and I did not have to go to an auto parts store to get the part. Would highly recommend Oscar for any glass repair needs!Services: Auto power window repair

If it’s one thing, I can really say overall about my experience with Angel and his auto glass. Replacement service is the fact that he’s very efficient and communicates very well. My glass for my Mazda 626 was very hard to come by and he made it possible by driving all the way up to Everett to retrieve it and because it was too late, he offered to come first thing in the morning to replace it for me In addition to this, the price was very affordable. The overall service that I give Angel as a five star, considering the fact that he was punctual on time thank you, Angel.

Oscar promptly replaced my windshield in 30 min! Need I say more? Ofcourse you do. Love supporting local small business that gives fair price with zero shenanigan. Even explained why rain sensing window might actually cost less then vehicles without.

Overnight my passenger side window was shattered. Wednesday. My car stays out at night so I wanted to get it fixed ASAP. I scheduled to have it repaired locally for Saturday but, honestly I really don't want to drive my car anywhere with a broken window and I want to get it fixed as fast as I can. I found a company that could do it Thursday morn at my location. However, I still hoped that I could get it done that day. I live on a busy road and I hate to leave it out with a busted window that say's "please vandalize me some more". I called/went online and contacted Angels Autoglass and they told me they can't travel to Tacoma. OK fine. I'll keep looking or pray my car survives until Thursday morning. Then I get this text message. Hi. This is Amanda with Roadside Angel. We can come to Tacoma to install the glass. Let me know if you would like to schedule the service. Thanks. Even though this company was charging me TWICE what the other companies were charging and even though they WOULD NOT work with my insurance company I decided my peace of mind would be worth it. They scheduled me for 7-10 pm and had me locate an outlet for their vacuum cleaner which I did. I canceled my other appointments. Then about an hour before they are supposed to be out here they call and tell me I"m too far and want me to bring my car closer to Seattle. If I wanted to drive it with a broken window I could have driven somewhere locally. FOR HALF THE MONEY. They called twice told once to tell me they are not going to honor what they said they were going to do. Then again to explain there was a "misunderstanding". I too run a biz, the difference is we do what we say we are going to do even if one of my employees makes a mistake. I go out of my way to make the customer happy and then train my employee better. NOT THESE GUYS! Of course, they let me know this after the other company closes and I can't get a hold of them. I WILL NEVER EVER USE THIS COMPANY AGAIN. NEVER!!!

Oscar does very friendly, efficient and professional work. He went to my house and replaced my windshield and fixed my driver side window very quickly. Due to an unforeseen event he had to cancel the first appointment but because of that he fixed my side window free of charge. The service was very good though, so I would have had no problem with paying for the window as well.Will definitely call them again for any auto issues.Services: Auto glass repair

EXCELLENT SERVICE! They have great communication with time frame, respectful of clients and their property. I have used Safelite in the past and there is no comparisonto the quality of service that I received. Safelite out of the water Mr. Oscar blew. I have nothing but good things to say about this service- Oscar was quick to respond, friendly, communicative, timely, and professional. Not only was the whole experience very smooth, but the quote I was given was between $60-$80 less than the many others I received, and they came to my house (they’ll also come to your work if that’s your preference.) I hope your car window isn’t smashed, but if it is selecting this company will remove a lot of the headache.Services: Auto side window replacement
