Where is my package? My tracking said driver picked it up yesterday, out for delivery, it never came, now this morning tracking said it was being processed there and delivery between today AND the 16th! When I purchased, it said " delivery on Monday, the 13th! What good is Prime, anyway??? Thanks. Now it's not here for Valentines Day. Your facility sucks!

Just delivered groceries to 2 people in Redmond from this Amazon Fresh in Tukwila. Total of 77 miles (from my home in WS to Tukwila then Redmond and then back home.) Not worth it. Amazon exploits their Independent Contractors.

Amazon service is getting worst. Delays for my refund. I did not ask it to refund to my account. I told them ti refund it to my Amazon gift card to expedite. But useless. Might as well get your items from your local stores. Always call center that does not know how to answer your questions and most of the time you cannot hardly understand their strong accents. Now wonder they are doing a mass lay offs. SMH ?

This Amazon Hub is amazing and super busy I go 3-4 times a day to pick up Amazon fresh delivery it’s the only work I love the most I highly recommended, “you’ll thank me Later”?☺️

Work for about a year. Not the best place to work at. They don't care about you as an individual. The system is too automated as if you need to be treated like robots. Computers are good, but not if it dehumanizes you. The place is starting to get run down because no one take care of things (shelves breaking, freezer door no longer works, etc). Disorder is everywhere. No one follows the Amazon standard they tell you in training orientation. They just care about numbers. The supervisors look sad and overworked. I used to check expiration dates to make sure the product I pick is good, but they told me to not to because I was too slow. Now I always worry I send expired products to customers. Do yourself a favor, don't work here, don't buy any groceries from Amazon. There are better places.

This whearhouse has had 3 or more Confirmed cases of Covid-19 within the last 48 hours this week, and has not in-acted any procedural protocols for the safety of their employees or the public they serve as this is a Amazon Fresh distribution center that brings you your groceries and other home care products. This is a massive lack of care on their behalf for the community in which they serve and employ. We are in a pandemic and with 3 or more cases being confirmed this calls for an immediate shut down of this location until a thorough investigation and also sanitation of their facility is done. This is completely unacceptable ????? One would think Amazon and Jeff Bezos being the richest man on the planet would have the highest of standards and maybe even consider leading by example in everyone of his locations to ensure public trust and safety. I'm completely disgusting.
