1 star isn't comparable to how absolutely livid I am with their customer service. I received a slip in my mailbox saying my delivery was at my apartments' front office and I check only to find out nothing was delivered. I call into the post office and after being put on hold for longer than half an hour, they hung up.

I DROPPED AN ITEM OFF AGT THIS POST OFFICE LAST FRIDAY AND IT HASN'T BEEN SCANNED SINCE THEN WHICH PROBABLY MEANS IT HASN'T LEFT THE POST OFFICE YET. I FILED A CLAIM WITH USPS SO I SHOULD HEAR FROM THEM AT SOME POINT.

The guy that works here is by far the nicest post office worker I have ever met in my life. He is just the nicest, most helpful person!! He is so friendly and you can tell that he knows the "regulars" and will ask them about their day/weekend. I absolutely love this post office!!
