Highly recommend! Great customer service, kind and understanding. I was a nightmare customer, was running late, my car wouldn’t start after I left and when I was paying I got a phone call from my Dr office. I felt terrible but they were SO understanding and even helped get me a car battery :)

Tried to charge me 275 for a mono amp install when best buy does it for it 129.99 even if u bought everything for your stereo at another store..pollos said since I didn't buy my amp or wire kit there i pay more....

Charge me 1200 on my sound system on my lowrider, he did tell me it was not going to be as loud but fairly so I did not hesitate on dropping a G! left all my trust in pollos. he left it almost stock instal a amp for just the voice and some speakers on the door and back.. call to install a radio he said 200 but no very happy with the sound, went to a different audio shop in yakima guy just pointed out what was done. Any ways new guy charging me 650 for the custom center speaker box a amp for the 12 and 10 an radio instal. Will never ever come back to pollos!!
