“was standing in the check out line. old man who was being very rude to the young man clerk was just ranting and raving. from what i heard, the old man called the young guy stupid. another clerk came in to help. she handled the old man professionally and with grace. after the old man left, i made some off handed suggestions on dealing with rude customers in the future, involving marijuana and whiskey. good job to the two clerks though.”
