My father is in the hospital. He has numerous medical issues and these people will not let us in to clean it out so we can put the money towards his medical bills and him because he has to PHYSICALLY PUT US ON THE UNIT. I offered a video of him on the hospital bed to try to meet their demands and they WILL not accept it. Thank you for the unnecessary stress

If I could give 0 stars I would. Do not use this company. They sold off my wife's child memories, of which included a piano she had her entire life. They made no reasonable attempts to contact us about the bill not being paid even though I spoke to Araceli (the manager) and gave her my credit card number to set us up on auto pay, which they never did. They said they sent letters that were returned, however they have mine, and my wife's phone numbers on file. The common sense thing to do is to make a phone call when mail gets returned. My wife has been in tears all day knowing that here entire childhood was just sold off to the highest bidder. This company is only out to make a buck and not do right by it's customers. Absolutely pathetic!
