On the manager on down these girls didn't want to work hell they didn't even want to call customer service for me because they didn't want to sit on hold nor did they fix my issue I told me to call customer service. I will never deal with cricket again matter of fact I may just launch an internet band against cricket that's a former Marine I take my freedom seriously and this store didn't know any of this but they shouldn't have to judge from one to another treat everyone with kindness and respect and if you're there to do a job let's do it.

Cricket service is a bit lacking at times but the customer service is good.
