My worst daily mail nightmare! The letter carrier who delivers the local mail is the very worst I have ever experienced! She continues to mis-deliver my mail!

I regret to express my deep frustration with the Toledo Post Office's services. Over the past few months, I have encountered a distressing pattern of lost parcels that has significantly impacted my confidence in their ability to handle mail properly. Despite tracking numbers and assurances of timely delivery, multiple packages have gone missing without any satisfactory resolution. The lack of accountability and communication from their end has left me greatly disappointed and inconvenienced. It's disheartening to experience such a fundamental breakdown in a service that should prioritize the secure and timely delivery of parcels. My trust in the Toledo Post Office's reliability has been severely eroded, and I sincerely hope they take immediate measures to rectify these issues.

I really don't like over half hour waits on the phone. I think it is excessive. Our mail is very late in the day now that the old carrier has retired. Not totally happy with the service. Linda Fernandez
