“I'm not typically someone who leaves feedback, but for Ruth (onsite manager) I will. She is absolutely amazing! Proffessional, courteous, prompt and knows your name (which to me says a lot). The Storage facility is convenient to I5 and Little Rock Rd. Seems secure and never had issues with anyone or gaining access during posted times. My 5 * rating is based strickly on Ruth, but the facility is good with what I feel is competative pricing!”

“Very safe place I rarely seen anyone there in the two years I rented a unit. I would definitely rent again if I wanted to buy a weed whacker or something. The weeds were halfway up the door to my unit. Everytime I had a problem getting the door open or closed. I had to pull the weeds out myself to get the door closed so the weeds didn't go inside. Picture for reference of how this summer started.”

“Love it that it's 24 hour access!!! Everytime I'm there security rolls on through, which makes me happy knowing my stuffs is secure. They make a point to talk to every person who's there, which to me shows they're actually doing their job & not just making the rounds for show. I appreciate the management for being on point about protecting the property & having as many cameras set up as they do. And the prices are the best in the area, especially with the 24hr gate access. “The lady on the phone was very useful and informative. But this is not a 24 hour access. I am not a renter here so I'm unsure how everything is. Prices do seem a little steep, but they are for the climate control units which seems nice.I'm only leaving a review because it is the top one when i search for ones that have 24 hr access.”
“this place has changed hands,it use to be named something else and was owned by another company,this place is located in a convenient place for people needing storage. the manager was decent and polite to my friend whom is renting a unit and also another person whom rents another unit. knowing the job as I use to work for another company that supplies storage units to the public,it's easy to lose the politeness at times when you have people who don't think they have to pay their bills and get locked out of their units,but we still bite and hold our words. keep up the good work,it's ok to wait till no1 is around to let out a few @*&+&$#*+&& words ?”

“Cory was a true Rockstar when the family and I walked into the office to get a unit to ease our stress midst our move. Along with the handy dandy carts to help you load up your unit, they got coded AND gated entry as well as a coded elevator that doesn't stop with an arm obstructing the closure of the door. Deschutes storage will be my go to storage facility so long as I'm in the surrounding areas indefinitely.”
