They charged me $75 for an inspection with an "I think" diagnoses. No one ever mentioned a charge to inspect.

Recommend by local auto dealers for classic autos that are older than what the service department at dealerships work on. They help shop around for the best prices on the parts needed also.

An honest mechanic shop with stand-up workers who care! The service advisor was wonderful and reassuring, as well as the mechanics.

This is the best auto shop in tacoma. Period. Honest and helpful. I had a simple problem, but was across the street broken down. Zyggi came to me and fixed me up, said he only wanted "a buck" for the work. Super nice people. Got me going in no time at all.

My car was making a sputtering sound and water was coming out from underneath my dash on the passenger side. I brought it here and the man on the phone was lovely. The owner could not diagnose the problem and treated me like an imbecile, suggesting I spilled something or that it was wet because my front liner is missing. I insisted that there was an issue and that it was not a spill, hoping he would offer to help me diagnose it if the issue continued. Instead, he told me that he "fixes cars, not people." By the time I left, he returned my key without charging me, but I left feeling absolutely disrespected. I am a small business owner and I would never say something so unbelievably rude to someone. If you can't find the problem, admit it instead of blaming your customer or making rude comments. Super disappointing.
