This review is long overdue, but.... this is absolutely the best Zales I've been to! The customer service is excellent, and I'm beyond happy with my (many) ring purchases. The employees are wonderful.... especially Beth... she is the BEST!!!

Just went in and beth was wonderful. She was wonderful and helpful. I will always ask for her every time I come in going forward. Shopping for jewelry is always something I love to do. However, Beth made the experience pleasant! 10/10 recommend!

Went to Zales and Beth was a huge help! She was able to guide both my partner and I through the entire process, from starting with what ring to pick to actually helping find the right ring and was great to work with throughout the entire process.

Nita is the best! My ring came in with the stone loose, and she was able to rectify the issue the very next morning. She is so sweet and helpful. I love my rings!
